Boom, without the media and the people are speaking since the people are sick of the status quo!

Imagine where he’d be if the media paid attention to him…Hill gets 2 hours a night vs 40 seconds dedicated to Bernie as the camera pans over a crowd of 37k but the voice over is about Trump…:(

Also consider that the wacky right has been spewing lies, exaggerations, and distortions about Hillary for many years. They are good at it and it has been having an effect. If they started in on Bernie, and I hope they don’t, he may see his numbers drop a bit too.

Bernie doesn’t have the dirty laundry the Clinton’s do…after you call him a Socialist, what’ve ya got…???
I like Hill, but let’s be honest, she brought a lot of it on herself. Just because others did it too, doesn’t change a thing. Part of being President is showing good judgement not just about policy, but about politics. She is a very secretive person and I feel, she is not comfortable telling the truth unless it fits her needs.
She’ll weather the storm, I think the right started the attacks too early, and the public will see it for the witch hunt it is… news nerds like us are just ahead of the curve, in time most will come around.
Bernie might be looking good, but the Clinton’s are a winning machine and they came to win. He’s got a fight ahead of him.

would the GOP be hating him instead of HRC?

      • Mike September 10th, 2015 at 20:31

The GOP hates Bernie as much or more than Hill, he just hasn’t left them much to use against him.
Hill is another story, she had a bigger role, was in the spot light more often, made more public statements, and generally has more enemies inside and outside the beltway.

exactly…and why do you suppose that is? of course the GOP will say one thing when they mean another….having been old enough myself to witness her advocacy/political career…she’s the first woman to really get in there and activate as first lady…everyone felt it was not her place to do that….essentially it comes down to “she’s a beech, she’s bossy, she’s using her power” she’s supposed to shut up and look pretty and hold teas …not be a power broker…which is what she is….

here’s the problem with Bernie and Jill…they are nice…and they aren’t controversial…and they aren’t fighting some of the things that really bring out the hate from the GOP side….i am not saying they should do attack ads to be taken seriously….they should take actions that typically bring on the ire…of the GOP (and to lesser extent moderate conservative dems in not so recent past.) is a candidate worth defending if they aren’t involved in legislation that brings on the ire of the other side? what makes a candidate worthwhile….the GOP spends a good amount of time trying to damage HRC…I say ..if they don’t hate you you aren’t doing your job…hate is a strong word most of the time…but if you aren’t trying to pass legislation or policy that means anything…and you try to please everyone…to be liked…that just doesn’t work for me nothing meaningful translates into life…example lawmakers rolling over for the NRA…you have to stand up to the opposition…and Bernie and Jill and Liz have hidden behind her skirts really…..there….if they want attention they are going to have to risk some exposure to vocal disapproval
