Thank goodness he’s not grandstanding.

Accompanied by her lawyer Mat Staver, her husband Joe Davis (donning a fancy straw hat), and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, Davis was silent before the bevy of television cameras. Huckabee and Staver did most of the talking, with the former declaring that he is “willing to go to jail” in Davis’ place.

Can we vote on it? I’m sure something he has done is against laws somewhere, at the very least against the laws of common sense and good taste.

wait. he made that statement after finding out she was being released and before the public was aware. ah ha. he’s such a piss ant.

He knows darn well that that’s not going to happen. The violator goes to jail in order to learn an lesson or keep them away from civil society. He, as sorry as I am for saying it, isn’t either of those.

    • whatthe46 September 8th, 2015 at 17:09

    Fckabee, Fckabee.
There’s not much difference between you and Pat Robertson.
    You’re both charlatans.
Except maybe you can play a guitar like a tuneless robot.
If elected, you’re going to be a lawless president a$$hole.

So if she were a Quaker, and thus a Christian who professes pacifism, would the republicans be coming to her defense if she refused to issue gun permits?

You saw how they rallied to the defense of the Muslim woman who didn’t want to serve alcohol…that should be a clue about what religious liberty is all about.

      Excellent question.

The Huckster clearly has no clue how the legal system works — this is not a hostage negotiation.

Do it, Huckabee. Take Christie with you while you’re at it. If county jail food doesn’t trim your fat asses down, nothing will.

Maybe he’ll chain himself to the door of the registry office until the Supreme Court consents to reconsider the ruling.
