Wallace Smacks Down Cheney: Iran Buildup Happened On Your Watch
Chris Wallace reminded Dick Cheney who is really responsible for Iran’s nuclear buildup.
…Wallace forced former Vice President Dick Cheney to admit that Iran’s centrifuges went from zero to 5,000 under his watch, not President Barack Obama’s.
During an interview on Fox News, Cheney refused to back down from his assertion that Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran was like Neville Chamberlain appeasing Hitler.
“If you look at what happened with respect to [Obama’s] Iranian deal, the only winners are Iranians,” he argued. “The losers are the United States, are the friends and allies of the United States in the region, the Israelis the Saudis and others.”
“I think it’s a big deal, a major, major defeat — in my mind — in terms of our position in the region.”
Wallace pointed out that Cheney had eight years to deal with Iran’s nuclear program and failed to do it.
“You and President Bush, the Bush-Cheney administration, dealt with Iran for eight years, and I think it was fair to say that there was never any real, serious military threat,” Wallace noted. “Iran went from zero known centrifuges in operation to more than 5,000.”
“So in fairness, didn’t you leave — the Bush-Cheney administration — leave President Obama with a mess?” the Fox News host asked.

I wish the Dems had or should have a Benghazi style investigation on him & Bush admin on the real 9/11 disaster because they ignored intelligence and the Iraq war based on falsehood on WMD. You really have to give the GOP big credit for their dogged determination to whip up fabricated scandals and lies… they never let up on Benghazi, anti-Obamacare (repealed over 50 crazy times), Iran deal, etc. like flogging dead horse resolve.
I loved it everytime David Lettermen mentioned Dick Cheney in his show, his band made a down-in-the-dungeon horrible terrifying screams and sounds.

I’m getting sick and tired of all these “news” programs. Those interviewing have no guts to call these people out on their twisted “facts”. Even Andrea Mitchell, who I had respect for, is more worried about why Bernie and Hillary aren’t going after each other. Damn, if you’re not fighting you don’t have anything to say and if you’re lying you get a pass or we can’t flaunt and taunt you around every other outlet… I get better truths reading European blogs and news sites.
