Trump Disinvited For Misogynist Remark By Guy Who’s Made Misogynist Remarks

Erick Erickson, who disinvited Donald Trump for his anti-woman comments, has a history of similar misogyny.

In 2013, Erickson and [Megyn] Kelly locked horns over a comment Erickson made about women being scientifically inferior to men. Citing biology, Erickson argued that women have always played the non-dominant role to men — and that women who break that dynamic by working, or being the family’s primary breadwinner, have a negative impact on their children and their marriage.

“When you look at biology — when you look at the natural world — the roles of a male and a female in society and in other animals, the male typically is the dominant role. The female, it’s not antithesis, or it’s not competing, it’s a complementary role,” Erickson said during a Fox News panel in May of 2013, adding that having females as the primary breadwinners in a family is “bad for kids and bad for marriage.”

Defending his comments in a post on RedState a few days later, Erickson wrote that “women as primary breadwinners does make raising children harder, increasing the likelihood of harm in the development of children.”

Erickson previously praised Trump for bashing Rosie O’Donnell:

Went to Yahoo to read a couple of the articles, here are replies to the article “Trump dumped from conservative gathering over remarks about Megyn Kelly….http://news.yahoo.com/trump-dumped-from-conservative-gathering-over-remarks-about-megyn-kelly-124628606.html#

Megyn Kelly is a self-centered, egotistical young woman who enjoys sitting on her pedestal with her legs crossed, with her inner thighs showing, and beam to the world “Look at me, I’m pretty and pampered. Eat your hearts out, my idolizing public!”. Well, that didn’t work with Mr. Trump, and when she sniped at him, he came back, bruising her super “I’m it” ego. I’m sad that it came to that, but if she can’t take it, DON”T dish it out.

I was really looking forward to the debate. I thought it would be serious with hard , to the point questions and follow-ups to get answers. Instead we got the usual fluff and gotcha.
Donald Trump was singled out already in the first debate. Why ask anyone about Mr. Trump when he was not there to defend himself ? Were the candidates asked to talk about any other of their opponents not on stage?
The first question in the second debate was certainly asked to set Mr. Trump apart again. Why not ask the others to take your pledge? The pledge is not fair anyway. If a candidate does not want to support the primary winner, it does not automatically follow that he or she would form a third party.
The question about things Mr. Trump said about women was pure gotcha, trying to turn women voters against the candidate.
A fair and informative debate would have asked all candidates questions about the issues, giving them time to DEBATE their different points of view.
I want to see all the candidates treated equally, respectfully, and asked meaningful questions so I as the voter can decide who deserves consideration.

To hear Carly say that there is no excuse is irony at it’s worst. Excuses are all that she’s had to offer after her debacle @ HP. She claims that she was fired because of the “good old boy network”. It couldn’t have been her arrogance, incompetence or outright meaness? When told in a meeting while @ HP that she wasn’t popular with the public she yelled “That’s your fault” and then she threw something off of the table. She got her job because of her gender. She didn’t mind that part, but when they finally figured out that she couldn’t run a lemonade stand she was let go, with a nice separation package, that it was because of the “good old boys club”. Carly, you’ve been playing both sides of the fence long enough. We don’t need another faux feminist. We’ve got millions of them already.

When this is the group you are pandering too, this is what happens.

I can’t think of anything funnier than reading about a Fox “News” personality being offended by a right wing, misogynistic, woman hating blowhard.

Amazing, in this day and age that their are still people who do not see women as their equals! Goes to show how they were brought up as kids and how they keep that same OLD mentality!

Donald Trump is a disgrace. He is a misogynist, he disrespected other people, and Erick Erickson is known for his retrograde statements too.
