Nobody is fooled by this. It is nothing more than a blatant attempt to suppress minority/Democratic votes.

The best thing that can happen here is for Texas to have to go through the ‘preclearance’ process. Once Texas is thrown into preclearance, we may be able to set up a nonpartisan commission to redraw voting district lines and end the horrible gerrymandering in Texas. Texas can be a fair and equitable state, if we just don’t let the GOP screw things up too much.

The court found more than 600,000 legally registered Texas Voters don’t have a current Tx picture ID. When all Texans are allowed to vote, the GOP no longer has any possible path to the 270 Electoral Votes required to become President. http://www.270towin.com/
Illegal Minority voter disenfranchisement is the only way republicans can pretend they’re legit.

The only voter fraud happening is from the restriction of the right to vote.

THAT would be election fraud. Interesting that Texas uses the same suspicious voting machines that seem to love Republicans in states like Ohio and more recently Kansas.
