Sandra Bland Autopsy Details Death

Posted by | July 25, 2015 20:00 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly

Sandra Bland’s death has been ruled a suicide.

Ms. Bland, 28, tied a white trash bag into a knot before using it as a ligature on her neck, the report showed. The autopsy also showed that Ms. Bland had 25 to 30 horizontal wounds, defined as “scarred regions of healing,” on her left forearm. She also had a “scabbed healing abrasion” on her left wrist and multiple abrasions on the right side of her back.

On Thursday, a county prosecutor in Texas had said that the autopsy of Ms. Bland showed injuries consistent with suicide. Ms. Bland had disclosed a previous suicide attempt to jail officials, and there are growing doubts over whether she was appropriately monitored before her death.

“Ms. Bland had disclosed a previous suicide attempt to jail officials…”

Says the police. Who have every reason in the world to play CYA. And you have a prosecutor who states publically that any marijuana in her system must have been recently ingested since marijuana leaves your system so quickly. In fact, it takes marijuana about 30 days to clear your system. Which means she could have ingested it more than 3 weeks before and it would STILL show up in a drug test.

Regardless of whether Sandra Bland committed suicide or was lynched by the police, it’s a travesty that she was harassed by a pigshit cop whose fee-fees were hurt when she refused to put her cigarette out and was arrested for assault in relation to said pigshit cop acting like she undermined his authority.

    • Warman1138 July 25th, 2015 at 20:34

She shouldn’t have been pulled over to begin with. On the video the cop turned around and pursued her vehicle. Her single lane became two lanes after an intersection and she immediately assumed the right lane, she didn’t change lanes, she merely stuck to the right hand side of the road. There was no law broken. The cop was looking for a reason hence his being an authoritative prick. And now the dept. is covering its racist, negligent butt. Negligent for not following their own procedure in not checking those locked up. A big fat lawsuit and a lot of people fired is required and criminal charges.

I’m hoping Attorney General Lynch opens a civil rights investigation and charges the police officer for civil rights violations. It’s clear from the video that Bland’s civil rights were violated by a pigshit cop.

the street i take to work in the morning for about a mile is one lane, then changes to 3 lanes at the traffic light, the far left lane being the turning lane. i never signal, i just stay on course to the lane i need to be in which happens to the the middle lane. i’m not changing lanes. it would be different if i wanted to go into the 3rd lane (which again is the turning lane).

      • Tommie July 25th, 2015 at 22:33

DWB, is breaking the law according to crooked and racist cops!

      • BigDumbWhiteGuy July 26th, 2015 at 11:05

I had noticed that about the video too, I’ll have to go back and see how close the timeframe is from the time Bland’s car passes him in the opposite direction to when he pulled a U-turn. I do know he traveled in his original direction for a bit before turning around. I think he’s a damn creep, notice the questions to the female in the stop previous to Bland’s?

    • John Tarter July 25th, 2015 at 23:57

And once she got to jail, just where were all these people who claim to love her so much to bail her out? She died on the third day of her incarceration, so surely by the second day someone should have shown up with money to get her out of there.

      • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 01:22

you’re are assuming that the racist tx white supremacist cops, even allowed her to make a call. she was very active in her community, she would and should have been released on her ORC rather than spend 1 hr in jail. but, a man (white) who had been arrested 22 times for crimes much worse than a crime of “a non-illegal lane change” ended up dead. this white guy, set his car of fire because he had tried to get rid of meth that caught his car on fire. the police officers rescued him and his passengers, cause white.

        • BigDumbWhiteGuy July 26th, 2015 at 11:03

She was able to make calls, there was a phone in the cell.

          • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 15:49

who did she call and what would the cops say the reason she was not given bail to have anyone get her out?

      • BigDumbWhiteGuy July 26th, 2015 at 11:02

Do you have $500 lying around?

  3. Warman1138 July 25th, 2015 at 20:16

If you are an African American in a vehicle be very careful. If you get pulled over by the police you might die, one way or another.

    • NW10 July 25th, 2015 at 20:22

I actually recall driving cross country over a year ago and I was crossing through Kansas when a police officer pulled me over. He asks for my license/registration, and it turns out that I had a frame over the rear license plate of my car that made the expiration stickers difficult to see which was the reason that I was pulled over. When I reached the next rest stop, I removed the frame, not thinking anything of it. Looking back on it now, I’m starting to wonder if I was actually profiled.

      • Warman1138 July 25th, 2015 at 20:23

        Probably.

      • John Tarter July 26th, 2015 at 10:21

No, you violated the law and you acted appropriately with the cop and you were thus able to continue on your merry way with no further problems.

    • Tommie July 25th, 2015 at 22:31

I know, no matter what i keep my hands stay on the steering wheel and say, “yes sir or ma’am”, i had a 75 Chevy glasshouse, i was no gang banger but i got pulled over twice a week because that was considered a gangster car! I had to get rid of it since i got profiled so much!!

      • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 01:09

which is fk’d up. especially when there are minority doctors who owns 50k – 100k cars. especially fk’d up when even tyler perry was pulled over for driving a bmw while black. it wasn’t until a black cop appeared on the scene and corrected the white cop that perry was a wealthy man and had the right, not a criminal, to own a fk’n nice car. hells bells, a black man can drive a 90’s car legally own and apparently, it’s too new to drive as well.

        • Warman1138 July 26th, 2015 at 01:50

Back in the eighties there was an African American in California that filed suit because he was repeatedly hassled over where he was walking. He was up in his years and walked for exercise and would just let his feet take him wherever. But the police decided that he didn’t have that right. Evidently a public sidewalk was only meant for a certain public that didn’t include him. Many cities and places for many years have had policies unwritten that a minority was not allowed to traverse into certain areas or across certain boundaries. And it’s probably still being done today as evidenced with more minority upward mobility. Back in the day it was referred to ” being uppity. ”

“A Seattle cop arrested a 70-year-old military veteran, claiming the golf club he used as a cane was a weapon — a move that prompted the arrestee to sue the city and force a review of its officer.

Newly released dashcam video showed Officer Cynthia Whitlatch arrest retired bus driver William Wingate in downtown Seattle in July. Whitlatch, who is white, claimed Wingate, who is black, swung his club at her.

The footage of the incident showed no such maneuver.”

            • Tommie July 26th, 2015 at 11:26

I keep telling people, they had a plan to deal with blacks in this country, we were slaves, they knew that if we were ever freed they would need to put in place some rules to keep “ORDER” in a civilize society!!

              • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 15:48

jeb is complaining that when Obama speaks he uses words with too many syllables. it sounds to me like he wants to say Obama is an upity, well educated and intelligent negro. the one thing they absolutely hated about desegragation was the fear of miniorities getting properly educated. Obama and many others are a prime example of that fear. and to this day the education system still sucks in miniority communities especially in the south.

                • Tommie July 26th, 2015 at 16:20

Exactly, we were not allowed to read and write back in the days, i admit we may be a little behind because of this, but many of us are taking the opportunities now and getting educated and learning our rights, that scares people who do not like that!

                • Tommie July 26th, 2015 at 16:21

He did say that “black lives matter”, is a politically correct sign! Need we say more?!

        • Tommie July 26th, 2015 at 11:21

Yep, it is a messed up situation, no matter how you look at it!!

  4. whatthe46 July 25th, 2015 at 20:44

“…and multiple abrasions on the right side of her back.” was it from a struggle? abrasions on her back (sounds fresh). what reason for suicide can be explained with those injuries?

    • Tommie July 25th, 2015 at 22:26

      Exactly, WTF!!!!

      • whatthe46 July 25th, 2015 at 23:50

murder comes to mind but that’s not just my opinon.

        • John Tarter July 26th, 2015 at 00:01

I will repeat my question. Why did they wait for day #3 to kill her? Surely day #2 would have been better, no?

          • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 00:14

i’ve already answered your question. and why are they trying to suggest she had pot in her system that was high enough to consider it was injest while in custody. tell you what. she didn’t injest the levels of THC to suggest she got fk’d up in jail on the 3rd day of death.

          • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 00:17

damn damn damn, you’re parents surely fk’d you up. cause inbreeding just happens to do that.

          • jasperjava July 26th, 2015 at 11:54

Damn you’re stupid. It’s not uncommon for murderers to wait YEARS before they finally dispatch their victims. And you’re talking about a whole freakin’ DAY?

Of course, you don’t care, as long as she’s dead. We know that’s what you wish for everyone who isn’t exactly like you.

          • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:08

            shut up idiot

    • paul123454321 July 26th, 2015 at 10:25

Probably but was it the struggle when she was arrested?

      • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 15:52

i couldn’t watch the video, reading makes me angry enough. but, was she face down when thrown to the ground. i would think if not the abrasions happened while someone was holding her down in a struggle to keep the bag over her head. besides i’ve said this before, we have an automatic response to survive, even if one wants to kill themself. to place a plastic bag over your head and to have free hands, she would have likely not suceeded, she would have ripped it off. it’s just a natural instinct.

      • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:08

They claim there was no evidence of a struggle.

        • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 21:08

          exactly.

          • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:10

how are you girlfriend, i have your back over there.

            • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 21:15

good sweetie, you? and likewise. i was explaining to jansav, the idiot that just because a pathologist says so doesn’t mean that they don’t lie. she said coroners, pathologist, etc., don’t lie for cops. sent her 3 sites. furthermore, when and especially when it’s concerns these matters, they will back up the cops. if they never lie, or could always be trusted, people would never request second autopsies.

              • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:18

I get tons of upvotes from them…yet some deny it.

  5. Anomaly 100 July 25th, 2015 at 20:59

    We totally believe you, Texas.

    • John Tarter July 25th, 2015 at 23:59

That’s right, she was killed by her jailers. So I have just one question which is why did they wait for day #3 to do her in?

      • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 00:12

i have one or two question, or maybe more for that matter. that will find you unable to answer? 1. why in the fk was she pulled over for an non-traffic violation? 2. why was she desrespectful in her own property by not putting out a cigg? why was she pulled out of her car and thrown to the ground? why was she arrested for a crime that clearly shows she was not aggressive or combative? why was she jailed for 3 days? why was there (since the “cops” stated she was suicidal, didn’t check on her? why, was a bag over her head with a plastic “noose” if you will, can be attributed to her when she clearly had abrusions on her back with indicate a struggle to survive? and considering she was a active member of police brutality, would, why can’t you accept this as pay back. oh wait, she’s black.

        • paul123454321 July 26th, 2015 at 10:24

Or the abrassions could from being thrown on the ground when she was arrested

      • DieselJohnson July 26th, 2015 at 03:18

Maybe she said something to them on day #3 that they considered disrespectful.

        • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 03:48

she said something on day one that was, in his the “cop” sick twisted mind was disrespectful. i’m in my on car, my property and i have a right to smoke. that was her offense, in his mind. day one got her jailed day 3 was her knowing her rights to not be held longer than a few hours on a “misdemeanor” not an offense that required a 3 day stay in lock up. murder. period.

          • StoneyCurtisll July 26th, 2015 at 04:46

            whatthe46…
Can ya put that cigarette out?..
Don’t make me “light ya up”..:)

            • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 16:12

try and make me… i double dare ya! :p

      • StoneyCurtisll July 26th, 2015 at 04:44

Perhaps she was allowed to have the means to kill her self..(plastic bag, shoe laces, a length of rope)
Something all jails are supposed to prevent..

        • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:06

No other cells have garbage cans let alone plastic bags.

      • Anomaly 100 July 26th, 2015 at 10:06

So if she’s suicidal, why wasn’t she watched?

        You’re an idiot.

        • John Tarter July 26th, 2015 at 10:23

And perhaps that is where the problem lies, there was a mistake made in this instance and the woman killed herself.

Oh, and you are a fool. Now you have yourself a blessed day!

      • BigDumbWhiteGuy July 26th, 2015 at 11:08

        Why is the sky blue?

      • Annie July 31st, 2015 at 18:35

Where’s the evidence she wasn’t already dead?

  6. StoneyCurtisll July 26th, 2015 at 04:41

“scabbed healing abrasion” on her left wrist and multiple abrasions on the right side of her back….
How is that consistent with ‘suicide” that happened less than an hour before they found her in her cell dead?..
And the most insane part to me is, how did a “plastic bag” get into a county jail cell?.
More than one roll of toilet paper is considered contraband..
Even a news paper, other than the sports page was considered contraband..
A “plastic bag” would be considered a potential weapon in any jail..(something to choke someone with)..
    Of course this is Texas….

    • Warman1138 July 26th, 2015 at 16:00

And they didn’t check her status on time as per procedure, what was up about that?

      • StoneyCurtisll July 26th, 2015 at 20:40

        That also~!

        • whatthe46 July 26th, 2015 at 21:06

i’m still trying to absorb 3 days being locked up for nothing.

      • tracey marie July 26th, 2015 at 21:05

and they claimed she had massive amounts of pot in her system but never smelled anything.

wanna bet if her prints are on a plastic bag, they put it there?

          • allison1050 July 27th, 2015 at 03:25

The people that do the collection of those bags should be wearing gloves so we know that their prints shouldn’t be on them.

            • whatthe46 July 27th, 2015 at 04:18

agreed. but, think about it this way. sad to say it, but these are your co-workers. these are the very people that can fk you or save you. these are the very people that if you protect and give you favors. no different than politicians. there have been many, many, many DA’s that are willing to sacrifice a life to gain a conviction of an innocent person, only to gain a better record of “tough on crime” b.s. at the expense of the innocent. the collectors may very well be wearing gloves, if not they are stupid. but at the very least, they are planting finger prints or hand prints or DNA on evidence only to favor the prosecutor. the only case i know, well in my heart and soul, is that the OJ murder case was not fabricated. he murdered 2 innocent and beautiful people out of arrogance and hatred and jealously. i think that the experts on the DA’s side were non-bias. but, but for the racist asswipe furhman, it was he who gave them (the juror) a reason to let him go. because they needed that. well, KARMA she is not one to mess with. and he finally got his just desserts.
