And Limbaugh posits that the American flag will be next.

“Do not doubt me!” Limbaugh insisted. “And I’ll make another prediction to you. The next flag that will come under assault — and it will not be long — is the American flag.”

“It makes perfect sense,” he continued. “The speed and rapidity with which the left is conducting this assault on all these American traditions and institutions, if you don’t think the American flag is in their crosshairs down the road, you had better stop and reconsider.”

“The American flag is what? It’s the symbol of America. The left what? Doesn’t like this country very much and never has and is getting angrier and angrier about it, seemingly every day.”

    It doesn’t matter what the confederate flag used to mean,what is of more relevance is what it means today. It has been hijacked by ultra right wing, white supremacy groups making that its current symbolism. The Swastika used to be an Indian symbol but try explaining that to a synagogue full of Jews.

    Every time this blathering idiot issues one of his moronic proclamations, I have to tell myself to remember who he really is … Limbaugh is a self anointed “smart” guy who never got past high school in his formal education … who was able to get into radio because his father owned a local station … who dodged the draft during Vietnam using some lame excuse of an infection up his ass … who collected welfare and food stamps while he, according to one of his several ex-wives, vegged out on the couch watching tv all day … who compulsively ate himself into clinical obesity … and who constantly tries to define what patriotism and courage are, when he has shown no sign of either during his entire pathetic life … the man is a vile, hateful, lying hog, who caters to the lowest emotions of a vulnerable audience …
