Romney Can’t Stop Attacking The Man Who Beat Him

Mitt Romney, like Dick Cheney, can’t stop attacking President Obama.

Ever since Mitt Romney’s loss to President Obama in 2012, it has become a mantra in the Republican Party that on foreign policy especially, “Romney was right.”

In a stuffy mountain lodge here Friday night, Romney joined the chorus. Dusting off a page from his management consulting playbook, the former Republican nominee delivered a speech by PowerPoint to more than 200 corporate CEOs and other attendees of his annual ideas festival about what he deemed (and titled his slides): “The Most Consequential Obama Foreign Policy Mistakes.”

Slide by slide, Romney ticked through 20 mistakes, from Obama’s “Middle East apology tour” to the president’s lack of support for Iran’s green revolution to the administration’s infamous “reset” with Russia.

“With all that bad news, is it not true that arguably President Obama is the worst foreign policy president in history?” Romney asked. “I think he is.”

Loser Romney (in more ways than one) needs to shut his pie hole. He had his chance and lost. Now he needs to move on to another country like Switzerland where he can count his tax free money and stay out of American affairs…

Maybe he can do better when he becomes president. Okay, you can stop laughing now.

        Gossipy stuff:

Jaz Coleman, the singer, showed up at a place where they were pirating his music, with white make up all over his face, then cut his arm, and said, “You’re drinking my blood!”

He’s insane. Some of his band members (Satan worshippers) lived downstairs from me for awhile in London.

        OH lucky me!

Why should Romney behave any differently than McCain has? He has been in sniping mode ever since he lost in ’08. And the Grifter-In-Chief Palin has made this her main income source.

    No class losers? You betcha.

The group of GOP hopefuls, were then ushered to a private airfield where several private jets had flight plans for San Francisco and the opening of the 1956 republican convention.

So says the man who admitted, if he were POTUS, he’d turn U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East over to Netanyahu. Some might not like some of the decisions President Obama has made, but none of them can say that he abdicated his responsibility as president to conduct U.S. foreign policy and permitted a foreign leader to do it for him. When I was working on my first Master’s degree, I took quite a few classes in foreign policy and international relations. Based on the kinds of things I hear some GOP/TP politicians say in regard to foreign policy, I know they understand very liitle about how complex an issue it is, that it is extremely difficult to push foreign leaders around like one would chess pieces on a chessboard, and that they should be studying foreign policy and international relations instead of pushing bullsh*t based on their opinions. If Romney had become POTUS in 2012, I’m fairly certain that he would have found himself making many of the same decisions on the issues that this president has made. None of these tools realize that standing on the outside looking in is vastly different from being intimately involved in making foreign policy decisions with potential worldwide impact(s.) The GOP/TPers’ foreign policy scares the hell out of me because it appears to be based on right-wing ideology and not on existing foreign policy research and data. As far as I can tell, they learned nothing from unnecessarily invading Iraq because they seem ready to invade another Middle Eastern nation and f*ck it up, too, and thereby, further destabilizing the ME.

Obama hunted down and killed OBL, saved GM , and got America the hell out of Iraq ; So good, so far.

  13. thinkingwomanmillstone June 14th, 2015 at 21:47

You know what you are Mittens….the worst non-president in recent history. Imagine how bad of a candidate you were if you couldn’t beat someone as bad as you say President Obama is. That makes you the biggest loser.

    • The Original Just Me June 15th, 2015 at 08:05

Yea, if Pres. Obama is so bad at everything, and he still beat the socks off from What’s His Name, where does that put What’s His Name on the scale of Dumb Politician want to be’s ?

  14. fahvel June 15th, 2015 at 03:31

do they allow this dim mercenary out of his box with any logic or does he escape from time to time through a rat hole?

  15. The Original Just Me June 15th, 2015 at 07:54

This poor stuffed shirt, pampered, white guy just can’t get over being so beaten by an almost unheard of Black guy from Chicago. He will go to his grave screaming out ” WHY ? “.

    • allison1050 June 15th, 2015 at 08:33

He’ll have the company of McCain. ;o/
