Ben Carson Wants ‘Covert Divison’ For Government Workers To Spy On Each Other

Posted by | June 11, 2015 09:30 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

Ben Carson thinks this would improve government efficiency.

The neurosurgeon-turned-2016 candidate told a conservative club in Iowa what he had in mind for “a covert division of people who look like the people in this room, who monitor what government people do.” According to Carson, federal employees might work harder if they thought their coworkers were watching them. He finished the segment by announcing that for this group, of course, he would “make it possible to fire government people.”

Doug Watts, the director of Carson’s campaign communications, sent an email to MSNBC in order to explain how the “covert division” would work. He compared Carson’s proposed unit to a secret shopper program, being a “quality control strategy used worldwide to improve customer service and customer care.”

Sort of a police force, that operates in secret, eh?
A “Secret Police”, if you will.

I was going to say the Stasi, but William and Hirightnow beat to to it.

Yeah, but with a ‘Small Govt-Less Intrusive’ mission! (DOH!)

Yeah..um I think I read something about a secret police force that would infiltrate and monitor workers back in good ol’ Europe, sometime..um..I think it was in the thirties and forties.

Is it possible to fire a presidential candidate? Yeah, I guess it is. It’s called primary season. When he gets <1% of the votes, he'll have to find something else to do. Hello, Fox?

Paranoid and divisive ideas, the carson agenda.

These are the same people who are claiming President Obama is behind planes dropping chemtrails on the public below. Supposedly these “chemtrails” deteriorate the brain and the President is making these subservient fools. Seems the President put in the wrong chemtrails on these planes, they are subservient fools to rush, not him.

Chemtrails were around in the time of G.W. Bush, who also advocated for neighbors spying on their neighbors after 9-11.

I think he makes every speech on the fly, saying whatever stupid sh*t comes into his head at the moment.

So what you are saying is he went to the Sarah Palin School of plain speakin’ to the lamestream media. I wonder how this run for POTUS is helping his book sales.

Somebody is channeling Joseph and Adolph again.

Carson may be a brilliant surgeon but his lack common sense is becoming legendary. Remember this goose. If you ever make it to a government job we would insist someone was up your ass every minute.

      The red flag for me was;

      Carson:
“Will you listen? You have to take a long-term look at the ascent of something
that fundamentally changes the power structure of America. You have to be
someone who reads. Who is well-read. I want you to go back tonight. I want you
to pull out what Saul Alinsky says about health care under the control of the government.”
      – Interview with Evan Gahr

While making a big deal about how “well read” he is about Alinsky, he then goes on to demonstrate the he has never read Alinsky and knows nothing about him …OR he is simply lying.

I would like a “covert division” that just spies on Ben…

  15. Chris June 11th, 2015 at 16:21

Hey, Ben! Great thinking, there. Except you’re a little late.

That’s what they called the “Stasi” in East Germany. Crack open a book sometime and learn, again, about history. You know, that stuff you’re ignorant of.

    • bpollen June 12th, 2015 at 04:54

Heard estimates (probably some exaggeration involved) that half the population was informing on the other half to the Stasi.

  16. labman57 June 11th, 2015 at 20:33

Uh, Ben. That has already been tried.
Spying on your fellow government workers was SOP in the Soviet Union.

  17. granpa.usthai June 12th, 2015 at 00:27

sigh! -GOP’s only answer is BIGGER government – everytime!

  18. wolfendenpackleader June 15th, 2015 at 00:04
