The Chicago man was arrested for drug possession and was determined to make it to his son’s birthday.

According to reports, 33-year-old Lashon Stuckey was arrested on Monday after selling $30 worth of heroin and being busted with several additional bags of the drug.

While in a squad car, Stuckey began chewing through the seat belt to try and escape. He later informed officers that it was his son’s birthday and he didn’t want to miss the celebration.

Stuckey was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal damage to property. He appeared in bond court on Tuesday, where a judge reportedly ordered him held in lieu of $75,000 bail.

a couple of hundred dollars worth of herion and he is arrested…now, he is not a great parent if he is a drug dealer, maybe you should not have sold drugs.

yeah. i mean his sons birthday celebration must not have been too important. if you ask me, he has such a faulty sense of what it means to be a resonsible parent, this baby is better off without him. bad influence among others. and hopefully the mother will make better decisions in the future about who she beds and have as a responsible mentor for her son. he’s going to need it.
