Vet Saves Dog Who Ate 23 Live Ammo Bullets
An Arkansas veterinarian saved the life of a Belgian Malinois dog who swallowed 23 bullets.
Benno was rushed to vet Dr. Sarah Shelton by his owner Larry Brassfield after throwing up to reveal a three-inch long bullet in the puddle.
It was then Brassfield noticed other bullets missing.
Shelton removed 16 cartridges from Benno’s stomach, leaving others to be expelled naturally.
In total, he had eaten 23 live rounds of .308 caliber ammunition.
