George Zimmerman On Killing Trayvon Martin: ‘God Has His Plans’

In a recent interview, George Zimmerman slammed president Obama for dereliction of duty” by using “racially charge comments,” dividing the public against him during his trail for the killing of Trayvon Martin. “I feel that now is the perfect time to speak my mind without fear of retaliation by the president, the attorney general, the federal…

The serial abuser and murderer has now found it profitable to play the God prophet.

Why am I not surprised? Shame on anyone who buys this tripe.

  2. alpacadaddy March 23rd, 2015 at 20:45

Just another reason to avoid organized religion (as if you needed any more)!

  3. Um Cara March 23rd, 2015 at 20:57

“I believe God has his plans, and for me to second-guess them would be hypocritical, almost blasphemous,” he said referring to the confrontation that ended in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

That’s pretty bold – claiming to be the Hand of God for shooting down a skittle wielding child. I suspect he must not really believe in god(s) – there’s no way he would taunt one like that if he thought it really existed.

  4. William March 23rd, 2015 at 21:13

    Well there you have it.

  5. Bunya March 23rd, 2015 at 21:31

“…that the Department of Justice finding that there was no basis to pursue [federal] charges…”
Of course, having a dad who was a magistrate judge, sure helped. Every child killer should have a parent with the ability to “pull strings”.

  6. labman57 March 23rd, 2015 at 21:34

Ah, justifying murder in the name of God.
Hmmm, I don’t think that’s ever been tried before …

Zimmerman is just another self-serving thug attempting to rationalize his own bad behavior by invoking the “God’s will” defense.

  7. whatthe46 March 23rd, 2015 at 21:47

it just goes to show how stupid he is. the fact that he doesn’t realize he will forever be known as the punk ass racist who stalked and murder an unarmed teen because of the color of his skin, that meant absolutely no harm to him or anyone else. a kid walking home with ice tea and candy. how’s that for a “man?”

    • vincewarde March 23rd, 2015 at 22:29

There is ZERO EVIDENCE that he is a racist and a great deal of evidence that he is not. Hence, no civil rights prosecution by the Holder DOJ. He likely did not “stalk and murder him” – but he did act with incredible stupidity. Hopefully there will be a civil action in which he will pay fir this bad judgment.

Additionally, this young man was huge (much larger than Zimmerman) and had a history of drug use and was suspended from school for possession of burglary tools. He may very well have been casing homes when he encountered Zimmerman. We will never know. ONE THING IS SURE – IF ZIMMERMAN HAD STAYED IN HIS CAR AND WAITED FOR THE COPS THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO SHOOTING. After all, he had committed no crime at that point. Cops would have filled out a contact card and let him go. Young Martin would have had a chance to grow up, med his flaws and become a productive citizen. It is a tragedy that he never got that chance.

      • whatthe46 March 23rd, 2015 at 22:37

you idiot! you think that just because a person isn’t prosecuted for murder when he’s a racist proves he’s not a racist? he did stalk him. he followed him (stalking) without any real reason other than racist prejudices and accosted him first. he then shot and murdered an unarmed teen for being exactly where he had every right to be. do you think if it were a where a white kid he would have given him a thought as to why he was walking? NO! there’s only one witness to the account and that one witness said what he had to say to save his ass! jsut because there was no one to dispute it, doesn’t mean it happened the way he said. evidence by the fact that he was told not to follow him to begin with. he stalked him! he followed him! then he murdered him when martin fought back. which he had every right to do when he realized some stranger was following him. he even tried to avoid him. as evidence by the call to the dispatcher. so don’t give me your b.s.

George had a history of violence, couldn’t even keep a job as security due his lack of self control!! When even your friends say that you have a Jekyll and Hyde personality, that is a red f*cking flag. There is no Jekyll, that is a false self which is a cultivated persona and the hidden persona is who they truly are. Never let anyone tell you that Zimmerman was an assuming man or a man in the wrong place at the wrong time, he wasn’t. He was power hungry coward who had been doing MMA training before his stalking and attack of Martin. He thought he could subdue a skinny boy, too much of a coward to even accomplish that. Whenever anyone brings up Zimmerman, bring up that he attacked an inebriated girl who was too mouthy with her backtalk. That is Zimmerman’s true persona. He will only attack/pursue those who are smaller and weaker then him.

“Usually he was just a cool guy. He liked to drink and hang with the women like the rest of us,” he said. “But it was like Jekyll and Hyde. When the dude snapped, he snapped.”

The source said Zimmerman, who made between $50 and $100 a night, was let go in 2005.

“He had a temper and he became a liability,” the man said. “One time this woman was acting a little out of control. She was drunk. George lost his cool and totally overreacted,” he said. “It was weird, because he was such a cool guy, but he got all nuts. He picked her up and threw her. It was pure rage. She twisted her ankle. Everyone was flipping out.”

There is zero evidence that Trayvon was ‘casing homes”. He lived on that street. What kind of idiot would break into his neighbor’s house, where he could easily be recognized.

That’s just your racial prejudice talking.

      • Paula March 23rd, 2015 at 23:17

I love how a young black teenager walking home, doing nothing wrong, and a wanna be cop who ignores the suggestion by the 911 dispatcher to stay in his car, gets turned into “this young man was huge, was suspended from school, has a history of drug abuse” I call bullshit on you Vince. If Travon had been burglarizing Zimmermans home while on drugs, then that would be relevant, as it is, he was a kid walking home from the store, his mistake was being black.

        • whatthe46 March 24th, 2015 at 01:41

“…his mistake was being black.” i agree with everything except that sentence. his being black was a blessing, not a mistake. that being said, i get where you’re coming from.

      • whatthe46 March 23rd, 2015 at 23:25

what history of drug use? some pot. that’s a history of drug use/abuse. the amount found in his system could have been there for days, weeks or even a month. nevermind the fact that zimmepuss didn’t know this kid from fk’n adam. burglary tools? casing homes? yeah, that’s what zimm decided and his defense went with. so it must be true. i guess o.j. was innocent because, his defense went with drug dealers killing nicole and ron, so that too must have been true. cops wouldn’t have been there to fill out a contact card because he would have been in his home, right were he was headed, yards away! there are politicians that have done worse than smoke some pot, and most are criminals that even when caught avoid prison. hell, even the jeb bush daughters, who are DRUG ADDICTS avoided prison because of daddy. this kid smoked pot and you act like he has all these flaws that would somehow have prevented him from becoming productive. KMA

I know and it seems like every person has a new version of these events. Honestly, I think that Zimmerman should had been charged with obstruction/interfering with a police investigation at the very least. He disobeyed the police after they told him to stay in his vehicle and not to follow Treyvon; obviously they wanted him to stay in his car for a good reason. This resulted in the death of a minor (as far as I know Treyvon was under 18), which could had been easily avoided. Pot is no longer even a valid argument considering it is slowly but surely becoming legal; all the propaganda is melting away. Zimmerman is by far no angel and has a history of drug use and violence; particularly domestic violence against women. I am glad this is following Zimmerman’s ass around because maybe next time he is in a situation like that his victim may survive… I don’t know about anyone else, but if I was in that situation I wouldn’t call the police to handle a situation then completely ignore what they say. Nor would I try to mess with someone I don’t know anything about when there was no obvious crime being committed; Treyvon wasn’t spotted raping, murdering , etc. anyone. You don’t know what that person is capable of nor what their intention is. Obviously Zimmerman expected something to happen because he grabbed his gun; this shows intent on Zimmerman’s part.

          • William March 24th, 2015 at 08:47

“Pot is no longer even a valid argument considering it is slowly but surely becoming legal”
Uh no. Pot isn’t an issue whatsoever because pot had nothing to do with any of the events that occurred. It’s use is not admissible because it’s not applicable.
However, if one wants to use weed as an issue in this case, it’s pretty stupid.
I can tell you with complete confidence that weed does not make people aggressive. Quite the contrary. It makes them, hungry, drive really slow, and mellow.

by his own words the worthless sack of gz stated that Trey was “up to no good – yep, he’s running” as he was following him around through the back yards in his SUV with his bright lights on – as stated by a 911 caller.
jumped from behind while returning to his SUV he lost in the neighborhood he was watch captain of? – with all the loud arguments heard over the 911 caller?

      • William March 24th, 2015 at 08:41

” He may very well have been casing homes when he encountered Zimmerman”
Even Police officers need some sort of articulable suspicion to stop someone. I can pretty much guarantee you that no Officer ever tried to defend his actions during a suppression hearing with “The suspect MIGHT have been planning a crime”. Zimmerman simply profiled his victim on appearance.

There is also zero evidence that all the whites who killed people in the south were racist for hanging thousands of blacks from tree’s, by the same justice department who is investigating the murders being committed today the same way so, i am not surprised.

  8. vincewarde March 23rd, 2015 at 22:19

As a gun rights activist and supporter of concealed carry, I have three reactions:

    1) Why was he able to get a permit with a history of violence? Perhaps under a system like Illinois – where police can veto a permit, subject to appeal to a board of retired cops – he would not have been given a permit.

    2) Every prominent self defense trainer I know of tells student that shooting someone is better than being killed – but comes with life altering consequences. Chances are you will loose your marriage, your wealth and your reputation. This has certainly been the case here.

    3) Every good trainer teaches that your goal when you carry a gun must be to avoid ever using it. Avoid, avoid and avoid. See trouble and avoid it. Do not put yourself into dangerous situations if it can be avoided. I bet Zimmerman wishes he had followed this advice.

    • William March 23rd, 2015 at 22:35

I like your post. I’m not an activist. I do have a concealed carry permit, but that’s more of a function of my former cop status. You hit the nail on the head. I think the fundamental action in many of these tragedies is simple. I was trained to use my weapon as a last resort. Zimmerman, I think was poorly equipped to deal with physical conflict and was more apt to think of his weapon first.

      • Jan Kever March 24th, 2015 at 07:57

Um, duh. Zimmerman has a history of violence… I am sure he is quick to grab for a gun. Bottom-line, Zimmerman should never been given a gun or freedom to begin with.

        • William March 24th, 2015 at 08:30

“Zimmerman should never been given a gun or freedom to begin with.”
Zimmerman wasn’t “given” a gun. He acquired that weapon all on his own.
I’m not sure what you mean by shouldn’t be given freedom. In my country freedom is a right unless you foque up and get it taken away. I don’t know what it’s like in your country.
The post however dealt with the very real issue of Zimmerman not being mentally, or physically capable of dealing with physical conflict. The conflict which he himself should never have been in, because he was told not to stalk Trayvon. Zimmerman had no right to take it upon himself to deal with a problem that didn’t exist and inject himself into Travons life. Zimmerman essentially caused the events that led to Trayvons tragic death. Zimmerman did not possess the training, knowledge or physical prowess to use any of the tools one should use before going to deadly force. He was essentially a cop-wanna-be who panicked when someone called him on his bully BS.

        • William March 24th, 2015 at 09:38

BTW, Jan. I share your outrage. I hope you never lose your passion for justice. I think I know what you’re trying to say. Little paranoid people should not have guns.

  9. chynadash March 23rd, 2015 at 23:13

LOL he is completely insane, and doesn’t deserve the freedom he was not rightfully given. This is why I feel having a jury of rag-tag plain jane people who know nothing about justice, the true meaning of ‘self defense’, and common sense decide someone’s fate is ridiculous. They need to have KNOWLEDGEABLE people on these panels.

I have always wondered why no one in any interview ever asked the MMA trained killer why he didn’t use his hands, does anyone think he tells them what questions they can ask?
