Desperate Bibi Turns Further Right

Benjamin Netanyahu, in the political fight of his life, is now pledging there will be no Palestinian state if he is reelected.

With his rightwing Likud trailing the centre-left Zionist Union in the latest opinion polls, Netanyahu said that if his rivals were elected security would be compromised and they would give up total Israeli control over Jerusalem.

“We will continue to build to fortify Jerusalem so its division will not be possible and it will remain united forever,” he said on a tour of Har Homa, a settlement neighbourhood of annexed east Jerusalem.

Netanyahu, who is seeking a third consecutive term, vowed he would never allow the Palestinians to establish a capital in the city’s eastern sector and pledged to build “thousands” of settler homes.

Boehner’s congressional joke invitation is all that Bibi will be remembered for, after tomorrows Likud pummeling by Isreali voters!

Netanyahu moving even further right deletes voter support & eliminates cross-over votes:)

Ah! But will Boner be remembered for his major assist in the tanking of Bibi? Could be his biggest accomplishment to date.

Jerusalem itself is the most convincing argument as to why there is no threat of an Iranian nuclear bomb.

You cannot destroy Israel without destroying Jerusalem. The Iranians know that. Netanyahu knows that. The thousands of Palestinians on the west bank know that.

If it were the psychotic savages in ISIL who were thought to be making progress towards a nuclear weapon, things might be different. But I do not think the Iranians would launch attack that would in all likelihood, leave Jerusalem in ruins. The city is as holy to Muslims as it is to Christians.

As I have said before, I think the Iran nuclear bomb issue is a hoax rivaling Saddam’s WMD’s. There is no tangible Iranian threat to Israel. The threat is to the defense contractors and lobbying organizations who could no longer feed at the trough of taxpayer dollars if true peace came to the middle east.
