Republican Voters Unhappy With GOP Leadership

Republican voters don’t think Mitch McConnell and John Boehner are committed enough to overturn Obamacare and stop the normalization of undocumented immigrants.

The national survey of more than 600 Republican voters found a majority wary of embracing incumbent House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio and incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.Boehner, who will face a challenge from members of his own party in Tuesday’s speaker vote, fares worse than McConnell in the poll. Sixty percent of Republican voters say they want someone new rather than Boehner.

Only 25 percent of voters favor putting Boehner and McConnell in leadership positions. Even fewer—16 percent—want both Boehner and McConnell to serve in the House and Senate’s top jobs. According to the poll, 53 percent want neither or would prefer to see new party leadership.

    Lets be happy…
Republican and Democratic voters finally have something to agree on…
Neither of us like the GOP leadership.

Leftover GOP meatloaf for the past two decades again, argh! 53% (3.5:1) want neither. Quit voting against the smart people and your own best interests.
