It’s his second marriage, to his second tree, although it is believed to be the tree’s first.

Serial tree-hugger Richard Torres tied the knot with his second tree Sunday in a fanciful gathering in Colombia which aimed at raising environmental awareness.

A beaming Torres, dressed in a stylish white suit, orange tie and large sunglasses, posed for photos beside the decorated tree in Bogota, Colombia’s national park, NBC reported.

During the ornate ceremony young girls placed fruits and vegetables at the base of the tree as offerings.

Do you know what the difference is between the loony left and the loony right?

The rest of the left point to the loony left and laugh at them, and otherwise think of them as loony. The rest of the right welcome the loony right with open arms and seem to spend a lot of time trying to emulate them.

Much better a loony lefty who loves trees, than a loony rights who loves guns, violence, police brutality, racism, sexism, homophobia, economic inequality, plutocracy, religious bigotry, theocracy, ignorance, hatred, selfishness, greed, etc.

I’m pretty sure that wedding is necessarily legally null and void (no matter how any rational legal system for marriage is constructed), for one simple reason: the tree is incapable of giving consent and entering into a legal contract.

See? The right-wing bigots warned us that allowing gay marriage would lead to a slippery slope.

From tree hugger to tree f#cker. Nice knothole down there within easy reach?

Just wait ’til he finds out who that tree has been pollinating with. I see infidelity, heartbreak, and divorce proceedings in the near future.
