Darren Wilson Says His Conscience Is Clear
Officer Darren Wilson tells George Stephanopoulos that he wouldn’t have done anything differently the day he shot Michael Brown.
Click here for reuse options!Wilson told ABC News that he did not execute Brown on August 9 but was in fear for his life and was just doing his job.
Wilson told ABC News that Brown reached into his car and grabbed his gun. He described how Brown charged toward him and he felt that he had to shoot Michael Brown.
The interview comes a day after the grand jury’s decision not to indict Wilson in an incident that sparked national outcry.
Wilson did say that he was sorry for the loss of life but he would not do anything different that day. He says he has a clean conscience over his actions that day.

That night I went to jail…(only cause this time I got the better of him). and he called the police…
Every other time he beat me up, but I didn’t want to call the cops cause he is a five time convicted felon, and I didn’t want him to go back to prison over a simple fist fight…

Exactly… if MB actually rushed him, couldn’t the officer temper his use of force? I find it hard to believe that Wilson couldn’t stop him without firing 12 times and killing him… it seems instead that he became enraged and chose to teach this young man a lesson in deadly force.
