Cosby Accuser Plans Class Action Suit

Louisa Moritz, known for her role as Rose in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”, says she was assaulted by Bill Cosby before a “Tonight Show” appearance in 1971. She’s trying to get nine others to sign on to her suit against the comedian.

The Cuban-born actress said she was in a dressing room when Cosby knocked on her door and offered kudos for her acting. She said Cosby buttered her up with an offer to “make her a major star” before he attacked her.

Cosby “suddenly approached me and took out his penis, which was now in the line of my face and pressed up against it,” she said. “He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth, saying, ‘Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways.’”

When Cosby was finished, he said, “Now you don’t want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?” Moritz said.

Moritz said she kept quiet about what allegedly happened until the recent outpouring of allegations from the other women convinced her to go public.

Good for her and the alleged victims (I believe them…but process is process). I sort of wish they wouldn’t do this. Only to make a damn important point. This isn’t about money. Women need to come out of the shadows for the sake of justice. Justice for everyone (men and women!) who were and are too afraid to tell the truth.

2 women are going for cash, 15 others are backing them up because it is the right thing to do.

Well…if 2 are going for it. The other 15 should just join in. Solidarity.

They want the truth to come out, I believe these women are in need of financial help.

I’m not. IMO the only winners in a class action are the lawyers.

If you want a kick ass law team, you need some serious money.

They should all get damages. Money is the only thing these guys understand. Or jail..

Yeah. There’s no room for idealism. Just sue. What else is there?

Wow–if true, what a pig. I’m trying to remember if I’ve ever seen a class-action suit against a rapist, and I’m drawing a blank.
