Brown Family Attorney Vows To ‘Explore Every Legal Avenue’ If No Indictment

Benjamin Crump, the Brown family attorney, says they are prepared to keep fighting if no indictment is handed down by the grand jury.

Crump was on MSNBC earlier this afternoon talking about the impending decision, and Joy Reid asked him exactly what the family is planning if Wilson is not indicted.

She first asked if there’s been any official communication between law enforcement or government officials and the Brown family. Crump said there has been “none whatsoever” and that it’s obviously painful for them to have to wait like this for an announcement.

As for what their next step might be, Crump laid out the following options:

“If there’s no indictment, the federal government is investigating the matter, so they will want to know if there’s any federal charges, but if not then the only remedy they will have left is a legal civil matter, and so we’re going to explore every legal avenue to get them some sense of justice.”

While you would walk away from a murdered family member whose killer went free, of course.

If my family members did stupid stuff (rob stores), then they would deserve stupid prizes especially if they attacked cops afterwards. We’ll see what the jurist say.

So far, your family only has you celebrating your stupidity here.

If taking responsibility for your own actions whether you wear a badge or not is stupid then so be it.

I see no responsibility here, just a dead young man who has been smeared by irresponsible people who want him to look as bad as possible in hope that Officer Wilson goes free.

The young man smeared himself, it’s on video it says volumes about his mind set at the time, no one is responsible for that but him. I’ll wait to see what the jurists have to say about the cop, he may have smeared himself as well.

Clearly, it called for a death penalty delivered by one person.
Glad that doesn’t happen to the kids of privilege in MY community.

Yup, he deserved to die for an unrelated, and inconclusive act on video that Officer Wilson knew nothing about and that is not germane to the issue at hand. But, you go ahead and blame the victim.
