This is the U.N. Agenda 21 nuts acting behind the scenes:

    (a) Every citizen has a fundamental right to bear arms in defense of himself or herself and the state. Any restriction on this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny.

    (b) No citizen shall be compelled by any international treaty or international law to take an action that prohibits, limits, or otherwise interferes with his or her fundamental right to keep and bear arms in defense of himself or herself and the state, if such treaty or law, or its adoption, violates the United States Constitution.

It seems to be carefully worded to stay within the bounds of the Constitution, particularly the Second Amendment.

I’m assuming that Kashrut law and christian sharia are exempted from this new religious restriction?

But if someone wants to grow a marijuana plant or opium poppy in their back yard, they go to jail?

Something is seriously wacked when possessing the ability to kill dozens of people in minutes is considered a basic right, but growing a plant on your own property is not.

Right wing “logic” at its best.

      “…they go to jail?”

Yes, but they get to keep their guns. For freedumb!

This election is making the 2010 election seem liberal.

‘Alabama the Gun Humper State!’ Newly adopted license plate motto. We’re in the bottom three of everything, except third in gun deaths! So Alabama, like Florida ceased reporting gun mortality. Yeah Haw! Ba-BOOM!

Did you read the link regarding banning Sharia law as well? It was refreshing to actually read the comments there at AL.com, they are mostly reasonable.

If constitutionally valid then banning Sharia means banning biblical law too! Phony Joni Ernst is gonna be so PO’ed if she figures it out. Ernst says she only supports believers in biblical law. Via your AL link -Only 41% of Alabama voters turned out for Tuesday’s general election, the lowest participation in a general election since in at least 28 years.

banning Sharia before ISIS get’s to the state might be a good idea. It’ll keep the terrorist from being able to hold court and harming anyone! Terrorist love to take victims guns away then use Sharia to execute them. If guns be a human rights issue, terrorist will need to get UN approval (under special circumstances – like say invading a state -say Alabama for example). If it’s not a human right then the invading terrorist forces could just take the guns like they did/doing in Iraq. Pretty sensible laws for freaked out idiots I think.

Todays shocking statement….Alabama voters acted irresponsibly on many fronts….as if this isn’t a commonality for these bright red states.

This is like the voter ID laws supposedly preventing voter fraud. It’s a solution in search of a problem. There is an equal chance of Alabamans losing their rights to own guns as there is of Sharia law being enacted. In other words, zero. So the voters do crap like this, and get lots of press. Meanwhile, Alabama spends the 12-least per student on education. But each of those students can own a gun.

Y’know, ,making gun ownership a human right is one thing. But when you mess with our Sharia law, them’s fightin’ words.

I believe the 2nd Amendment already gives us all these rights. Some states and the federal government just chooses to act like it doesn’t exist.

I believe the 2nd Amendment already gives us all these rights. Some states and the federal government just chooses to act like it doesn’t exist. Alan Colmes is an ultra Libby and would be happy if this precious amendment didn’t exist. Most of this nation disagrees with most of his opinions. November 4th 2014 proved that.
