World’s MostTerrifying Roller Coaster Coming To U.S.

The Fury 325 is coming to the Carolinas.

Carowinds, an amusement park located on the North-South Carolina border, has unveiled plans for the Fury 325, a reported $30 million dollar coaster.

The “325” in its name comes from the super-steep 325-foot, 81-degree drop with which the ride starts. That’s followed up by a 190-foot-tall barrel turn and a high-speed S-curve.

A 91-degree horseshoe turn, a dive underneath a pedestrian bridge, and a number of other whiplash-inducing turns complete the three minute, 25 second ride.

The “325” actually signifies the average amount of minutes you’ll wait in line to ride the damn thing.

as much as i love a good terrifying thrill ride, (i especially cuss all the way down) i would not have the patience to wait that long for 3 mins. not worth it.

I stopped riding roller coasters after I dropped acid
Nothing could top the rainbow I saw after the light tunnel in total darkness. It went on until the ride ended. Good thing I didn’t have to drive home

          Stopped riding?
Sounds like something that would bring me back time and time again! :D

its not advised to trip on acid too many times although ive known people to do it. riding a roller coaster otherwise wouldn’t be the same

and people do this why? It’s like watching sports but never playing or standing in line to sit in a car and be whished around instead of functioning. This sht demeans the spirit.

I just think about the physical strain on the body due to the rapid changes in extreme g-forces. I know it’s only seconds in duration but some people ride them repeatedly. That can’t be good. Jet pilots have special gear to help them survive the very same thing w/o damaging their brain and other organs. I notice the maker promotes the speed and the height but says nothing about the g’s, and it’s way too early on a Saturday to calculate it.
