This Alleged Human Is Voting. Are You? (Video)

The midterm elections are just weeks away and I can’t think of a better person to get the vote out than Drew Walker, a self-described “patriot” who is upset that his videos/pictures have been reported on Facebook. In the totally not racist video embedded below, which is inundated with profanity and offensive rhetoric, Drew leaves one thing out: his hatred for Obama does not include one policy he disagrees with.

He’s teeming with hatred for our first Black President and his “Sasquatch” wife yet offers nothing credible to account for his anger.

Warning: The video is highly offensive.(Drew can probably have the video taken down, but if he’s a proud “patriot”, and not embarrassed by his own words, then he should stand by it.)

This photo is one of Drew’s messages to our twice elected president:

My only question: Are you voting in November? Because he sure is. It’s people like Drew that have given us Louie Gohmert, Michele Bachmann, Steve King and the rest of the GOP clown show. If each one of us convinced five of our neighbors to cast a vote in November, and those neighbors got others to vote, we’d have one hell of a turnout.

Get out the vote.

Umm shouldn’t that image with him pointing a double-barrel shotgun and calling out Obama as an MF in an effect that he would shoot him, a threat? I just wish evolution would speed up the culling of the inhuman herd!

Whenever I see Republicans spouting like this, it reminds me of how Fox News has emboldened the worst instincts of these guys. All his material comes from Fox and Limbaugh and Beck. If it weren’t for racists like Hannitty, O’Reilly, Palin et al – this Conservative “thinker” would be covered in a sheet burning crucifixes on someone’s lawn. Fox has given them the belief that they are mainstream – instead of the demented minority of ditto-heads they truly are.

This is one of the things Canadians laugh about when it comes to American politics…sad but true…How do I defend this behavior?

    • Old Top Kick October 14th, 2014 at 09:19

Just mock it. All that you can do.

I know, but it’s so damn embarrassing..

I know. I traveled extensively during the Bush administration, mostly in Europe and Asia. I was under constant assault by colleagues, hotel & restaurant staff, and even immigration officials over what that clown was up to. More than one person looked at me accusingly and simply said, “George Bush?” I perfected a raspberry that clearly conveyed that I was not one of his minions and did not agree with his policies. Even got a free meal in a small village in the Loire Valley in France with that response. Gotta do what ya gotta do…

This is why we Canadians distinguish free speech from hate speech (Thank Goodness); if he came here, he’d be met at the plane and sent right back.

I am going to vote but I am not going to tell my neighbors to, there all republicans. Unfortunately I live in one of those landslide republican areas, over 80% republican.

    • Suzanne McFly October 14th, 2014 at 11:43

All you can do is your part. I lived in Jacksonville Florida for 15 years and my votes didn’t count in presidential elections, but I still voted. I like to believe we are pissing them off by voting anyway :)

I had to turn off the video 15 seconds into it…
Probably 15 seconds more than i should have watched.

OH you missed the birther Crescendo where he announces that “everybody knows your birthday certificate is fake and belongs to a dead man”. Along with the customary anti gay slurs because y’know, Obama is a “Fag”.

While this is where the energy is in that party if I were John Boehner I would be completely petrified that this is what my party has become.

I already have my absentee ballot. Not that it will do much good. Like mea_mark I too live in a predominately Republican district. It is one of the few conservative areas left in California. The CA 4th district is represented by Tom McClintock in the House. The biggest newspaper in the district is the ironically named Santa Rosa Press Democrat which decided to not publish the 2012 election results on the front page when the President was reelected. Letters to the online forum overwhelmingly supported and defended the move.

There is no question that my district will remain Republican in Congress since Rep. McClintock’s only opponent is another Republican.

So I will cast my vote to reelect Gov. Brown and be content with driving right wingers in this state and elsewhere nationwide crazy (or crazier) as liberal California continues to climb out of its financial problems, and demonstrates to the rest of the country that you can be fiscally responsible without treating people like disposable waste products. Social assistance and health care are possible.

2016 will be interesting. I am quite proud of the fact that my US Senator Barbara Boxer is one of the most liberal, if not the most liberal member of the Senate. She will be 74 years old in 2016 and there are signs she may not run. The fight for that seat will be fascinating for political junkies. It will also be highly entertaining for people who like to laugh at Republicans. The far right wing rhetoric does not get you elected in this state. I love watching right wingers squirm as they realize they have no choice but to support the dreaded RINO, who in California is going to lose anyway.

Much like our governor’s race this year. The GOP nominee Neel Kashkari is a practicing Hindu who is pro choice and supports marriage equality. He is still going to get his tail kicked by Gov. Brown. The GOP in this state is essentially dead as a statewide organization. They hold none of the statewide elected offices.

As long as crazy people are making policy in the national GOP, I hope we extend the California example to the entire country. I am working as fast as I can here in CA-4.

    Everybody vote !!!!
