A police officer in Ferguson pointed his assault rifle at journalists who were streaming the protests, saying “I will fucking kill you”.

When asked his name his reply is “Go fuck yourself”.

And people on the hard right wonder why most of the Ferguson locals don’t trust their police department.

Milt Shook at pleasecutthecrap.com wrote an excellent article breaking all of this down:

Sad that this “May” all be based on a bunch of lies…

“A lawyer for Mr. Johnson said that his client was interviewed by the F.B.I. and the St. Louis County police last week for nearly four hours. In that interview, Mr. Johnson admitted that he and Mr. Brown had stolen cigarillos from the store, said the lawyer, Freeman R. Bosley Jr.”

“However, law enforcement officials say witnesses and forensic analysis have shown that Officer Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car.”

“It was something strange,” said Mr. Brady, 32, a janitor. “Something was not right. It was some kind of altercation. I can’t say whether he was punching the officer or whatever. But something was going on in that window, and it didn’t look right.”

    http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/20/us/shooting-accounts-differ-as-holder-schedules-visit.html?ref=us&_r=0

And if this story should prove true…

    • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 11:07

If there was an altercation, FPD would’ve plastered Officer Wilson’s mug all over the media by now, that’s the bottom line. This altercation allegation all originated with Jim Hoft, who is properly known as the dumbest man on the Internet. Nothing he has reported is true. As I posted to you multiple times yesterday, quit listening to the crap from the right wing media and use your common sense.

      • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 11:08

Please tell me how the New York Slimes is right wing media, especially coming from Frances Robles.

        • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 11:11

I was talking about the media pulling everything and everything out of their asses to justify Officer Wilson killing an unarmed black kid, which includes the alleged eye injury. Preliminary autopsy doesn’t support such an allegation, not to mention the video of Wilson walking around Brown’s dead body and the fact that in the video, Wilson doesn’t seem to be in any pain whatsoever.

Again, quit falling for the BS this right wing media keeps lobbing at you. Use your common sense. If Wilson suffered some sort of eye injury, he wouldn’t be able to shoot straight, would’ve been taken to a hospital and would still be there, depending on the injury. These types of injuries you don’t just recover from within a matter of days, especially the one that has been alleged by Jim Hoft and other right wing think tanks.

          • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 11:18

In case you have not noticed, most media outlets are left leaning to begin with.

Now, lets use some common sense, considering you want to throw that out there. It was said that the officer fired his gun when Brown was running and missed. and after Brown had turned around, (Details are disputed) but the officer fired at least 6 more times at close range which most shots hit him in the arm. Yeah, sounds to me like he was not shooting to straight at that point.

The video of Wilson walking around browns body is to far away, how would you ever see any emotion if any. You also forget to take into account adrenaline rush.

How about you start using some common sense.

            • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 11:47

The video of Wilson walking around browns body is to far away, how would you ever see any emotion if any.

I’ve had dust caught in my eye multiple times before. When that happens, I focus on getting it out, ignoring anything else around me. You apparently don’t know nor understand the scope of eye injuries. I’ve read a progressive from Twitter who got into a car crash, sustained two black eye fractures and couldn’t even remember her name. Any eye injury is serious, and if Officer Wilson did sustain any such injury, it would’ve been seen on the video. He would’ve been seen clutching his eye, and an ambulance would’ve been called.

You also forget to take into account adrenaline rush.

This isn’t The Expendables or any other action movie where the hero can sustain any type of injury and still kill 10-20 enemies, nor is it Call of Duty where you can get shot four-five times, your screen blurs, and you hide behind a wall to heal up, this is real life. Any sort of eye injury will cause immense and unbearable pain, which will override any “adrenaline rush.”

Yet you’re the one accusing me of not using common sense, you’re the one falling for BS seen only in the movies and video games. Show me any instance in which someone sustained a serious eye injury, yet because of an adrenaline rush, was still able to shoot six shots into a person, and two fatal head shots. I’ll be waiting.

              • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:16

You really are an idiot and have a total lack of comprehension.. And honestly not worth wasting my time over. But here, let me educate you

First: You are in a life or death situation, or a fight of some kind. the first thing you are going to do, is neutralize any threat against you. Dont think for a moment any differently.

Second) do not under estimate the power of adrenaline. Ask any combat veteran who has been in a fire fight or for that matter wounded in one.

Third) How many fighters in boxing MMA suffer from broken facial bones, but yet you do not see them clutched over. Just because you are in pain, does not mean you are incapacitated.

Fourth) By witness account, wilson was 6-7 feet away when he fired his weapon. Mike Brown was a a 6’3″ – 290 pound man standing in front of you. that makes for a very LARGE target. It is not that difficult. Now ask yourself, because apparently you are not a shooter or you would have known this. Was the eye injured his blind eye or his shooters eye?? If he is Right eye dominate and aims with his right eye. And chances are brown injured his left eye with a right handed punch. That would leave his dominate eye to aim with.

Fifth) As far as being able to shoot him 6 times to include 2 head shots. At such a range of 6-7 feet. While rapid shooting, even taking into account muzzle climb. is completely feasible and is easily understandable.

So do the rest of us a favor, go get the dust out of your eyes, and get some common sense about the real world. I am finished with you at this point.

                • Republicans_are_Evil August 20th, 2014 at 14:05

You know how people will react in a life or death situation? You are some kind of psychic I guess.

                • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 15:37

First: You are in a life or death situation, or a fight of some kind.
the first thing you are going to do, is neutralize any threat against
                  you

How is an unarmed black kid “a threat?”

Second) do not under estimate the power of adrenaline. Ask any combat
veteran who has been in a fire fight or for that matter wounded in one.

What war zone were Michael Brown and Officer Wilson fighting in? Oh yeah, the mean streets of Ferguson, MO. Apparently just as dangerous as Baghdad!

Third) How many fighters in boxing MMA suffer from broken facial bones, but yet you do not see them clutched over.

Again, this wasn’t a boxing match. If Michael Brown did punch Officer Wilson in the eye, the preliminary autopsy would’ve reflected as such. Dr. Baden even stated that there was no signs of a struggle, and I’ll take his word over yours.

Was the eye injured his blind eye or his shooters eye??

And again you demonstrate your complete ignorance regarding eye injuries. Any sort of eye injury, esp. an orbital eye fracture will swell that eye shut, and you won’t be able to see. PERIOD. Look it up. If Wilson suffered any sort of eye injury, esp. an orbital fracture, he wouldn’t be able to see properly, let alone shoot six accurate shots and two head shots.

You’re finished, indeed. What you just posted was more fantasy out of video games and movies, and nothing remotely realistic. You’re flailing, and you’re taking it out on me because I choose to live in reality, and you choose to live in the wingnut fantasy world in which all black people are somehow dangerous when doped up on marijuana and have superpowers not known to man. Enjoy living in Dumbfuckistan.

                  • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 18:40

And I repeat… How would you know he was unarmed ??? It is a question that you cannot answer. Nor could Officer Wilson. So lets go back to that Common sense thing that continues to elude you.

You are an officer and you were just assaulted. What do you do?

                    • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 18:52

You are an officer and you were just assaulted. What do you do?

If I was a police officer and was just assaulted, I’d utilize my taser/mase. I would NOT go for my gun, unless I felt that Michael Brown posseed a serious threat to myself and the public at large.

What happened to Michael Brown was murder, and with FPD even admitting that Wilson was shooting at Brown’s back as he ran, even less justified. When Brown turned to surrender with his hands up, that’s when Wilson should’ve brought out the cuffs, and not fire a whole bunch of shots that eventually killed him.

                    • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 19:03

You certainly display your ignorance very well…

A person who just assaulted an officer is serious threat to the public.

Not all officers are armed with taser’s, and mace is only good for close range. And now comes the question?? Did he have his hands up to surrender?? Were they partially up?? Did he charge?? Did he stop, turn around and shout, “What, are you going to shoot me” prior to possibly making an aggressive threat??

            • tiredoftea August 20th, 2014 at 11:51

“In case you have not noticed, most media outlets are left leaning to begin with.” This is the fringe right’s unsubstantiated charge that justified the creation of Fox and the echo chamber of right wing attacks on journalism.

              • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 12:44

Sorry, but if truth hurts. Cant help you with that one. At least i will say CNN has come back more to center. But ABC,NBC, MSNBC are still way out there in left field.

                • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 12:49

CNN has veered way to the right. Just because you say it’s true doesn’t make it true.

                  • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 13:13

Yenta writes: CNN has veered way to the right.

Yep, that’d be the English translation of our PP’s rightwingspeak “CNN has come back more to center.”

You know, more Fair and Balanced, like Fox News, Conservapedia, etc.

                    • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:16

                      LOL! Exactly!

                    • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:19

No, I would put Fox to the right. I dont watch fox for that reason.

                    • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:27

Chris is using satire regarding Fox News being “Fair and Balanced”.

                    • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:29

I know. Chris and I can usually exchange ideas with a touch of “Snark” in it.

                • Republicans_are_Evil August 20th, 2014 at 13:00

                    • Republicans_are_Evil August 20th, 2014 at 14:04

You claimed CNN is in the center. That is a lie. You want me to see how many other lies you told in this thread?

                    • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 15:38

@Pistol-Packing: Never argue with Republicans_are_Evil a troll an idiot. They drag you down to their level, and then beat you with experience.

                    • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 15:42

I’m not defending “Republicans_are_Evil”, but you drag yourself down to that level when you resort to name-calling.

                    • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 15:51

Fair point, and I agree with it. In this instance, there’s a history (so I’m not jumping into it based solely on the comments made here).

It’s not right, but it feels good doing it. (So I guess it’s equivalent to masturbating in the back of the nave.)

                    • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 15:56

Didn’t know about the history, so I get that. It just seemed out of character for the comments I’ve seen from you. I often feel like name calling, and I try to be very careful where I do it. I get that it feels good. Thanks for your response.

                    • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 18:40

                      I am getting that sense…

                • tiredoftea August 20th, 2014 at 13:06

Lies told repeatedly only become the truth for the willfully ignorant.

                  • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:38

good thing there is some truth to it then..

                    • tiredoftea August 20th, 2014 at 16:47

Yup, the right has spent 25 years building the lie of media bias. It stuck, but only for the nausea machine that Murdoch has built with other fringe clowns following.

                  • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:44

Exactly. Like Faux News saying the same lies over and over and over, and the devoted viewers are either too lazy or incapable to do a little fact finding on their own.

            • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 12:13

PP writes: The officer fired at least 6 more times at close range

“At close range” appears to be an invention of yours. Or can you porvide a source for this allegation?

PP slogs bravely onward: The video of Wilson walking around browns body is to far away, how would you ever see any emotion if any.

Body language. Shows emotional state. Seriously, PP why deny this obvious truism?

              • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 12:40

                Chris,

“I saw him stumble toward the officer, but not rush at him,” Mr. McKnight said in a brief interview. “The officer was about six or seven feet away from him.”

                http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/20/us/shooting-accounts-differ-as-holder-schedules-visit.html?ref=us&_r=1

Is that “CLOSE” enough for you???

                Apology accepted…

                • raincheck August 20th, 2014 at 12:53

Have you been “Pistol Packing” again?

                • Republicans_are_Evil August 20th, 2014 at 13:00

No one apologized to you. You appear to be seeing posts that are not there. That could be a sign of a delusional mind.

                  • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:26

No, I was already expecting Chris’s apology once he read the information. And whoa, look what he wrote.

                    “Sorry about that, PP”

                    Next…

                • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 13:00

Sorry about that, PP, I missed McKnight’s statement. Not to sound like I’m nitpicking, but it’d be nice to have some corroboration on this from any of the other witnesses. Humans’ estimates of distance on the fly can be notoriously bad, you know?

Nevertheless, apologies. Go home, ChrisV, you’re drunk.

                  • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:21

Didn’t your mother teach you how to share. Please send a drink my way.

            • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 12:20

Why is everybody hung up on Wilson walking around Brown’s body? What was he supposed to do, go back to his vehicle and leave him there?

              • granpa.usthai August 20th, 2014 at 12:51

Walking around a fresh kill to guard it against ‘outsiders’ until the klan arrives for the feast is a social predators basic instinct (uncontrollable basic instinct behavior). The white male with Florida licenses reacted in the exact same manner, however in that case, he being just a ‘make believe’ klan member, the response time was a lot faster.

                • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:39

                • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 15:33

I missed the video where they all knelt around the body and emulated Hannibal Lecter.

              • tiredoftea August 20th, 2014 at 13:08

Didn’t they leave him on the ground for hours?

                • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:09

Yes, four or five hours. They didn’t turn the body over to search for a weapon, because they knew he wasn’t armed.

                • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 14:26

I’ve heard that as well, which also makes no sense. An ambulance should have been dispatched as soon as it was called in.

                  • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 15:02

I have to wonder if they weren’t trying to find a way to avoid having the body going to the medical examiner. He was finally covered with a sheet when a supervisor got there. No respect for the corpse reflects how they felt about him when he was alive, IMO.

            • raincheck August 20th, 2014 at 12:46

More right wing LYING Horsesh*T PP.

            • Abby Normal August 20th, 2014 at 12:56

“In case you have not noticed, most media outlets are left leaning to begin with.”

NBC is owned by Comcast. ABC is owned by Disney. CBS is owned (mostly) by Sumner Redstone, hardly a liberal. Even if those organizations did lean left, and I don’t believe they do, Rupert Murdoch and FOX NEWS leans far enough to the right to more than counter balance all of them put together. And then there’s Premiere Broadcasting which owns radio. Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, Shawn Hannity and Mike Huckabee expel more hot air in a day than all the rest of the media combined.

              • eaglesfanintn August 20th, 2014 at 13:59

                  • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:02

No, I didn’t say he wasn’t human. I suggested he may have been raised by animals instead of humans…hence I question whether he was raised by his mother.

You are right, my apologies. I see so many right wingers comparing people to animals, I am numb.

        • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 22:58

He wasn’t replying to me (it’s not that hard to tell, you just have to look at the arrow next to the commenter’s name), but if you think I need to be educated on something specific, I’m here to listen.

    • Epiphany August 20th, 2014 at 11:24

“…Officer Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car.” That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. A struggle in the car and then…… what? How did the victim get shot 6 times including twice in the head? And his body then was on the street for 5 hours. That makes no sense. It’s true we don’t know the whole story and I have a feeling we may never know. But you don’t, basically, execute a suspect by shooting him 6 times dead even if he takes a swing or punch at you. That’s the basic point. There are other ways to contain the situation besides killing someone who may have been a shoplifter. This just wasn’t handled right from what is known.

      • Epiphany August 20th, 2014 at 11:37

By the way, this original post is about Officer “GoF*ckYourself”. An officer who threatened a reporter who was streaming the protest with a nice hefty gun because obviously the officer was losing it big time. Just to remind you. We could have had another death right there.

        • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 12:08

Epiphany writes: By the way, this original post is about Officer “GoF*ckYourself”

Yep, which begs the question of why PP chose to post this irrelevant comment here.

An orbital lobe blowout fracture plays hell with one’s aim.

        • mea_mark August 20th, 2014 at 12:42

He never would of left vehicle if that had been the case.

          • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 12:45

How long did he stay in the car to collect himself? Long enough for Brown to walk 35 feet away? Or do you think he would have stayed there in an incapacitated state until the ambulance showed up? (I’ve already heard from someone who had this similar injury when he served in the army.)

            • mea_mark August 20th, 2014 at 13:13

Till back-up arrives and they would of told him to stay where he was.

        • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 12:52

I believe shooting while running might also play hell with one’s aim.

          • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 13:21

Yeah, about that. I don’t know exactly what the policy of the Ferguson PD is on this, but typically police officers in this country are forbidden to shoot at citizens who are simply running away from them. Chase, tackle, etc., sure, but simply banging away at ’em with your sidearm is not allowed. Could injure bystanders too.

            • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:23

I would have thought so, too. But I read somewhere that Missouri has a law that says an officer CAN shoot at somebody running away if they have committed a felony. I think that’s why Wilson claims Brown tried to get his gun, so he could justify chasing him down.

              • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 14:04

                Pftt, stupid Missouri!

                • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 14:14

I’m very glad Eric Holder is taking a personal interest in this case, and looking over the shoulders of the local people who are supposed to be investigating.

        • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 13:37

a 6’3″ 290 pound man at a range of 6-7 feet. Makes for a very large target.

          • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 14:31

But not so much at 20, if you can’t see straight.

            • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 15:14

yes, this would be true. One of the main witnesses has the officer at 6-7 feet away before firing his weapon multiple times.

              • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 15:43

What makes this person a “main” witness?

                • mea_mark August 20th, 2014 at 16:59

The testimony fits the FPD narrative?

                • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 18:41

ummmm probably because they have been quoted in several news articles as being a witness to it…

            • mea_mark August 20th, 2014 at 16:58

Then the officer should not of been shooting since his bullets could of gone and hit something causing damage or bodily harm to someone he didn’t mean to aim his gun at.

              • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 17:11

Yes, and at least one bullet is known to have struck an apartment building. The cops retrieved it, possibly before even removing the body from the pavement.

        • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 13:55

Yeah, about that “orbital lobe blowout fracture.” This claim comes to us from Stupidest Man on the Internet and Buckeye Newshawk Award Winner Jim Hoft, and like most things Hoft brings, is unsourced and uncorroborated.

This, in and of itself, ought to be enough to discard the claim wholesale, but I’d also make the observation that that there’s no way in hell this information, if true, would not have been loudly trumpeted by the Ferguson PD at the first opportunity, as they sought so diligently to generate sympathy for Officer Wilson. and antipathy to Michael Brown.

Incidentally, a google of “orbital lobe blowout fracture” produces no results, so this may not, in fact, be a thing.

          • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 14:11

I agree, if it had been true, the medical report and x-ray from the hospital would be all over the news. You have to have an x-ray to make a diagnosis. So I call bullshit.

According to Wiki, the “blowout” part was coined in 1957. I Googled “orbital lobe fracture”, and Wiki was the only source that used the term “blowout”. I suspect current physicians do not use that term, at least not in the literature.

            • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 14:26

Hoft uses the term “Orbital Blowout Fracture,” which is a thing.

In a typically Hoftian bit of dickishness, Hoft posted a picture at his (hell no, not providing a link) site of said orbital blowout fracture, taking care to redact the text “University of Iowa” in the lower left corner of the image, lest his readers get the idea that this was not an actual CT scan of Officer Wilson.

              Dick!

          • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 14:30

If you want to ping me for typing ‘lobe’ incorrectly, go ahead. However, stating you get “no results” is demonstrably false, and in fact still pulls up immediately images and references to the “thing” being referenced.

            • ChrisVosburg August 20th, 2014 at 14:45

Sorry, I should have been more clear that I put quote marks on the search term, like so: “orbital lobe blowout fracture”

You’ll note that if you do so, Google responds with

No results found for “orbital lobe blowout fracture”

Results for orbital lobe blowout fracture (without quotes):

And then the usual slew of close, but not exact, matches.

Not a big deal in any case, sorry if I offended.

    • Angela Monger August 20th, 2014 at 12:37

If all of this proves true, then the Ferguson police department handled this whole situation in a very unprofessional manner and the chief of police needs to be replaced. The whole department may need to be replaced. As it is, they have given the appearance of a character assassination on the dead young man and they have worked hard to make it look like they are making up shit as they go along. You may as well admit to that now. That if any of this is true, they have worked overtime to make themselves look like assholes.

      • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:54

There is a lot of bad history with that chief of police. His actions regarding this shooting have been reprehensible: 1) refusing to name Wilson for 5 days, 2) lying to the press to say Wilson was looking for the robbery suspect when he encountered Brown and Johnson, 3) putting out the video with “reports” about the “robbery” at the same time he named Wilson, 4) refusing to say how many times Brown was shot. But worst of all was sending the officers to the first night of protests wearing camouflage and putting cops on the MRAP with sniper rifles pointed at the crowd. He is an idiot who is used to doing whatever the hell he pleases.

        • Angela Monger August 20th, 2014 at 14:10

Yeah he sure as hell is. I think he needs to go flip burgers somewhere because he really isn’t suited for the job he has.

      • BanditBasheert August 20th, 2014 at 17:29

I don’t t hink they are knowingly making shit up at this time. They are rapidly spinning in order to blame the victim. All cops do it it comes naturally.
The fact is, they always get away with killing young black men in this country. They’ll just lie about it – and wait until the problem goes away. Time takes care of a lot.

    • granpa.usthai August 20th, 2014 at 12:42

it proves the officer responded in a personal violent attack on an unarmed teen with deadly force AFTER he was in a safe zone and continued the attack AFTER there was no threat whatsoever to him. But, enough of your rumor mongering Horsesh*t like in the murder of an innocent black child by a Florida licenses white male. This ‘officer’ was in an infinitely less threatened situation than those in Nevada during the FAILED WHITE REPUBLICAN REVOLT by heavily armed WHITE TERRORIST THUGS.

      • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 12:47

Ohhhhh… I got almost all the way through reading your post and was wondering, “Where’s the ALLCAPS rage against the white man?” And then, there it was. Phew. The world is back on its axis.

A teen who was seen running away from him initially.
A teen whose hands were up.

If you can’t control your adrenalin, you have no biz being a cop.

      • Pistol-Packing August 20th, 2014 at 18:44

Hmmmm, Such a strong word. EXECUTED…

Hmmmm Witnesses are split if his hands were up or not and as to what level.

Hmmmm “IF” Officer testimony is correct and there is medical evidence of his injuries. He was running away after just “ASSAULTING” an officer..

See, I can use strong words to.

  7. Epiphany August 20th, 2014 at 11:04

I’m sure it’s very stressful for the cops out there while all of the protests have been going on for many days. But that’s just the point. If you can’t handle the stress you have no right to be a cop. This one was just itching to do some damage to someone, anyone. I wonder if his superior will give him a small lecture. I doubt it. And then there’s his “name”. He can’t be identified that way. Someone should show this video to someone besides us. And I’m guessing he’s not the only cop who is losing it. There was also Don Lemon’s (CNN) producer who heard another officer use the N word towards the protesters. It feels like the country with so many bad situations going on is having a nervous breakdown. Depressing.

  8. Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 11:04

    • (((NW10,PATRIOT! ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ))) August 20th, 2014 at 11:07

      • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 11:08

Please tell me how the New York Slimes is right wing media, especially coming from Frances Robles.

        • (((NW10,PATRIOT! ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ))) August 20th, 2014 at 11:11

          • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 11:18

In case you have not noticed, most media outlets are left leaning to begin with.

Now, lets use some common sense, considering you want to throw that out there. It was said that the officer fired his gun when Brown was running and missed. and after Brown had turned around, (Details are disputed) but the officer fired at least 6 more times at close range which most shots hit him in the arm. Yeah, sounds to me like he was not shooting to straight at that point.

The video of Wilson walking around browns body is to far away, how would you ever see any emotion if any. You also forget to take into account adrenaline rush.

How about you start using some common sense.

            • (((NW10,PATRIOT! ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ))) August 20th, 2014 at 11:47

              • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 13:16

                • (((NW10,PATRIOT! ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ))) August 20th, 2014 at 15:37

And I repeat… How would you know he was unarmed ??? It is a question that you cannot answer. Nor could Officer Wilson. So lets go back to that Common sense thing that continues to elude you.

You are an officer and you were just assaulted. What do you do?

                    • (((NW10,PATRIOT! ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ))) August 20th, 2014 at 18:52

                    • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 19:03

              • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 12:44

                      LOL! Exactly!

No, I would put Fox to the right. I dont watch fox for that reason.

Chris is using satire regarding Fox News being “Fair and Balanced”.

                    • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 13:29

I know. Chris and I can usually exchange ideas with a touch of “Snark” in it.

You claimed CNN is in the center. That is a lie. You want me to see how many other lies you told in this thread?

Yup, the right has spent 25 years building the lie of media bias. It stuck, but only for the nausea machine that Murdoch has built with other fringe clowns following.

                  • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 13:44

Exactly. Like Faux News saying the same lies over and over and over, and the devoted viewers are either too lazy or incapable of doing a little fact finding on their own.

                    Edited to correct grammar.

              • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 12:40

                Chris,

“I saw him stumble toward the officer, but not rush at him,” Mr. McKnight said in a brief interview. “The officer was about six or seven feet away from him.”

                http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/20/us/shooting-accounts-differ-as-holder-schedules-visit.html?ref=us&_r=1

Is that “CLOSE” enough for you???

And of course he is in an emotional state. One would expect him to be. Mr NW10’s contention, is why dont we see him in pain.

                Apology accepted…

No, I was already expecting Chris’s apology once he read the information. And whoa, look what he wrote.

                    “Sorry about that, PP”

Sorry about that, PP, I missed McKnight’s statement. Not to sound like I’m nitpicking, but it’d be nice to have some corroboration on this from any of the other witnesses. Humans’ estimates of distance on the fly can be notoriously bad, you know?

Why is everybody hung up on Wilson walking around Brown’s body? What was he supposed to do, go back to his vehicle and leave him there?

              • granpa.usthai August 20th, 2014 at 12:51

Walking around a fresh kill to guard it against ‘outsiders’ until the klan arrives for the feast is a social predators basic instinct (uncontrollable basic instinct behavior). The white male with Florida licenses reacted in the exact same manner, however in that case, he being just a ‘make believe’ klan member, the response time was a lot faster.

He never would of left the vehicle if that had been the case.

I’m very glad Eric Holder is taking a personal interest in this case, and looking over the shoulders of the local people who are supposed to be investigating.

        • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 13:37

a 6’3″ 290 pound man at a range of 6-7 feet. Makes for a very large target.

          • R.J. Carter August 20th, 2014 at 14:31

But not so much at 20, if you can’t see straight.

            • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 15:14

yes, this would be true. One of the main witnesses has the officer at 6-7 feet away before firing his weapon multiple times.

              • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 15:43

What makes this person a “main” witness?

                • mea_mark August 20th, 2014 at 16:59

Their testimony fits the FPD narrative?

                • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 18:41

ummmm probably because they have been quoted in several news articles as being a witness to it…

              Dick!

              • Yenta August 20th, 2014 at 14:54

Thanks for that information. Yes, dick indeed!

        • BanditBasheert August 20th, 2014 at 17:27

          You forgot OLD white man.

        Jeez, calm down, granpa.

    • BanditBasheert August 20th, 2014 at 17:27

      …and your point is?
He executed an unarmed black teen.
A teen who was seen running away from him initially.
A teen whose hands were up.

If you can’t control your adrenalin, you have no biz being a cop.

      • Pistol-Packing AKA "Susie" August 20th, 2014 at 18:44

Hmmmm, Such a strong word. EXECUTED…

Hmmmm Witnesses are split if his hands were up or not and as to what level.

Hmmmm “IF” Officer testimony is correct and there is medical evidence of his injuries. He was running away after just “ASSAULTING” an officer..

See, I can use strong words to.

Depressing.

Under state criminal codes, which vary by state, it is an offense to
knowingly utter or convey a threat to cause death or bodily harm to any
person. Why isn’t Officer Gofuckyourself in jail?

    • NW10 August 20th, 2014 at 12:51

Why isn’t Officer Gofuckyourself in jail?

I’ve been asking the same question of Darren Wilson. There is enough probable cause to arrest him, conviction is another story.

      • granpa.usthai August 20th, 2014 at 13:00

Officers and WHITE TERRORIST THUGS (ref. Nevada) acting in what they consider to be their ‘lawful’ duty are allowed to point loaded weapons at those they consider to be their enemy. Much like the laws of the 3rd Reich where the Armed soldiers could do no wrong against unarmed citizens. While there are no such laws in writing, it’s generally accepted by most WHITE REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS as being legal enough for the moment.

      • crc3 August 20th, 2014 at 13:28

Sadly Wilson may not even be indicted much less arrested. Maybe he should hang out with George Zimmerman and they can organize their own “police force”. I’m sure there are more than enough white supremacists out there willing to sign up..

    • BanditBasheert August 20th, 2014 at 17:24

not if Officer ‘GO FUCK YOURSELF’ considers it to be his ‘lawful’ duty. Nobody can say for sure that one of the camera crew or even the reporter themselves are not secret members of an underground sleeper terrorist organization? Slow moving protesters in a peaceful assembly could be a cover up for secret sleeper terrorist attack with WMD’s.
Officer ‘GO FUCK YOURSELF’ of the fine city of FERGUSON, Missouri should be saluted for his bravery and dedication of what he considers to be his lawful duties. (killing ‘fucking media people’). After all, some of the Foxx reporters do “look” like they could be possible terrorist sympathizers, unknowingly of course – but why take any chances?

there have been ongoing rumors of missing Russian made luggage in the USA since the mid 80’s (back when POTUS Reagan was using US Military Cargo planes to smuggles in cocaine to fund personal military adventures at TAXPAYER expense). You’d think with all the advanced technology available today, they’d be able to locate missing luggage, but, alas, the rumors still persist.

I hope the journalist brings charges against Officer Go-Fuck-Yourself. He was so far out of control that another officer had to grab him?! And I believe Wilson was that enraged when he ran after Brown, shooting.
