I dont believe the market was “Targeted”, but unfortunately, not all weapons do exactly what they are supposed to do. On the flip side, if one of Hamas’s rockets slipped through the Iron Dome, and this was an Israeli Marketplace, they would be screaming Allah Akbar !!!!
