George Zimmerman Is Now Guarding A Gun Store In Florida
George Zimmerman, the Florida man who was acquitted after shooting down 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, is now working voluntarily as a security officer at a guns and motorcycles store in the same state. Zimmerman is not a hired security officer, but he has been “patrolling” outside a Volusia County gun shop after it was recently robbed, according to the store owner.
George Zimmerman is still on “watch”.
WKMG reports, “Pat Johnson told Local 6 that Zimmerman is not an employee of his DeLand store Pompano Pat’s, which sells firearms, ammunition and motorcycles.”
According to Johnson, Zimmerman has been spotted outside the store since a robbery earlier this month in which rifles worth up to $5,000 and two mini-bikes were stolen.
Johnson added that although he knows Zimmerman, he has not hired him as a security officer, according to WKMG.
Pompano Pat’s garnered attention last July when it offered Zimmerman a free gun only days after his murder trial ended.
