Pope Francis To Visit U.S. In 2015

Pope Francis has accepted an invitation by Philadelphia Archbishop Charles J. Chaput to attend the World Meeting of Families next September.

The Vatican’s Pontifical Council for the Family sponsors the World Meeting of Families every three years in a different city. The upcoming gathering is still more than a year away, and Pope Francis is likely to push for more activity on the issues of family and marriage before then — at least if his workrate continues at its current pace.

    I am a little embarrassed concerning what’s been going on lately. I wonder how the Pope will address the blatant and unchristian like selfishness that has been infecting our nation as of late.
