Repub Senators: Obama Policy Caused Flight 17 To Be Shot Down

Posted by | July 18, 2014 13:15 | Filed under: Contributors News Behaving Badly Opinion Politics Top Stories VegasJessie

While the wreckage from Malaysia Airlines flight 17 was still smoldering, Republican Senators Mark Kirk (IL) and John McCain (AZ) took to the airwaves to vilify the president on what they perceived to be his disastrous foreign policies.  Senator Kirk claims the absence of sanctions on Russia are the reason they were so emboldened to shoot down the airplane.  He called it within minutes o fthe tragic assault on a commercial airliner. He suggested the attack was basically a result of President Obama’s gutless foreign policy. He called for tough sanctions on the Russian nation, forgetting the country recently signed a $400 billion deal with China.

McCain and Kirk: Obama’s Foreign Policy Caused This Tragedy

Naturally, John McCain quickly called for strict actions against Putin because war is the solution for all things.  Our paltry assistance to the Ukrainians is the whole reason for this tragedy.  McCain said:

“The United States has been insulting in how small and how little help we have given. I mean they have been begging us for defensive weaponry; we have not given it to them,”… “It is shameful that the administration continues to refuse to provide our Ukrainian partners with the military capabilities they both want and need.”

Somehow, while eating a hamburger, President Obama orchestrated this whole tragedy to take focus away from the border crisis.  Rush Limbaugh knows this for a fact.  The Right can’t wait for any reason to shift blame on the president.  When they have the least evidence, they clamour the loudest.  Just wait for the Sunday talk shows, when McCain and Graham will have it all figured out, as they always do.

Those ones would be called Republicans, very rare and not often seen in public. Like the recent ones from KS. who went against Gov. Brownback.

              • Suzanne McFly July 18th, 2014 at 19:58

Hey, I heard of them, they are rare. I will let you know if I ever see one.

Well hell, if that’s the case, then POTUS Obama has a foreign policy even more tough than POTUS Reagan (ref: KAL 007 in which a sitting US CONGRESSPERSON was a passanger!). Maybe a building much larger should be constructed on the DC Mall with ‘BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA BUILDING’ and rename the Reagan airport to Obama airport, plus an Obama memorial overshadowing Reagan’s memorial and of course an Obama parkway, bridge, and aircraft carrier (biggest ever built – capable of handling AF-1 when over fully loaded) and last, but certainly not least – finishing Mt. Rushmore (center of heartland USA) as a huge gigantic bust of POTUS Obama with the other POTUS as a small memory in his forehead.

Once again, John “the Arms Merchant” McCain attempts to use ‘6 degrees of separation’ logic to link the airliner tragedy with his ongoing demand to directly involve the U.S. in every conflict happening on foreign soil around the world.

Conservative pundits demand saber-rattling now — we can determine the details of the rocket attack on the airliner later.

No John, Rush and Mark – and Hannity and many others are all wrong. Barack “Hussein” Obama was actually visiting family in kenya, and using Palin’s “I can see Russia from my porch” type of eyesight, he saw that plane and shot it down from Kenya with weapons he secreted from the White House armory.

Don’t remember Democrats blaming Reagan in 1983 after KAL 007 was shit down.

Wow, so much stupid in one statement. He wants to pump more weapons into another unstable region of the world. Didn’t we see just last week how that worked out with ISIS acquiring our state-of-the-art artillary, armored humvees and who knows what else that we gave to the Iraqi’s? McCains senility has advanced to the point where’s he’s a danger to the country.

Hey he did graduate in the top 98% of his class at the U.S. Naval Academy.. Could the fact that both his father and grandfather were both four-star admirals have anything to do with it?

      • BanditBasheert July 19th, 2014 at 12:54

Actually that is totally incorrect. John McCain graduated 894th out of 899 at the US Naval Academy. He probably could have done better but he was recognized as a drinker and a troublemaker because he was drunk most of the time.

      • Flspeedy July 19th, 2014 at 15:05

John Mc Cain is the epitome of nepotism supersceding ability. I’m pretty sure that any average Naval Aviator that lost 3 jets in as many years would have been given a desk to fly for the remainder of their career , but because of his name , Johnny was allowed to lose a couple more before his stint as a POW took him out of the game.
