And that’s what it is: a show. What it is not is a serious political play that will do anyone any good. And it will backfire on a party best known for just saying “no.”

Said a GOP aide: “In theory, you could report out a resolution tomorrow and vote on it. But that is not the approach [the leaders] want to take.”

“Rather, the aim is to display–if not actually engage in–a more deliberative process, even if amid controversy. This drawn-out script builds toward a potentially dramatic floor vote held just days, or even hours, before the House adjourns on July 31 for its August-long summer break.”

    Their big plan is betting the entire midterm election on a faux reality GOP TV game show scripted by Issa’s inept GOP Koch leader Limbaugh-Trump et al. What a puny plan! President Obama’s Executive Orders are constitutionally mandated with SCOTUS certification. Painting themselves into the corner of another delusion proves today’s repubs are the dimmest illiterates in the known multiverse.

The non-evidence is President Obama’s Executive Orders as constitutionally mandated with SCOTUS certification. Painting themselves into the corner of another delusion proves today’s repubs are the dimmest illiterates in the known multiverse. And GOP’s Clinton lawsuits already set precedent for any non-impeachment trial date to be scheduled beyond 1/20/2017:)

    Most Republican politicos realize that their chest-thumping and fist-pounding about suing and/or impeaching Obama is little more than election-year political theatrics.

    However, there are some spotlight-seeking pundits (such as the ‘Whining Wannabe from Wasilla’) who lack the intellectual insight necessary to understand that there is no legal foundation for a lawsuit and no rational justification for an impeachment, nor do they have any clue about what these processes actual entail.
