You can understand his frustration. NYPD Deputy Inspector Johnny Cardona, who punched Occupy Protester Rivera-Pitre during the 2011 protests, was just awarded a tax-free medical pension of $120,000 annually to leave the police force.

Rivera-Pitre, an artist who now lives in a commune, filed a lawsuit and settled for just $55,000.

    From personal experience I can tell you New York cops are a gang of racist bully thugs. This is an absolute outrage but nothing will come of it.These apes have teflon uniforms.
