Performing at the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting ceremony, Trace Adkins set off a firestorm with a Confederate flag earpiece.

The “You’re Gonna Miss This” singer has long been outspoken about his stance on political issues and once referred to the Civil War as the “War Against Northern Aggression” in his autobiography, “A Personal Stand.”
