Trump Pulls $5 Million Offer

If Donald Trump had an ounce of decency and wasn’t just doing a stunt he’d take his $5 million and give it to charity anyway.

“Good thing there’s no charity that needs $5m right now!” said MSNBC contributor Dave Weigel on Twitter. “Seriously, though, pulling a charity donation stunt when countless fellow New Yorkers are recovering from a disaster is monstrous.”

Trump’s press release Thursday noted that Trump is “already in the process of supporting the hurricane victims,” although it didn’t specify whether that support would amount to $5 million.
