Police Report Contradicts Romney’s Version Of 1981 Arrest

Mitt Romney was arrested for disorderly conduct and operating a motorboat without a license and was released on bail in 1981. But in his 1994 account he claimed it was just disorderly conduct and no bail was involved. We may never know which version is correct, because the judge, at Romney’s request, sealed the records.
