Cuba’s Raúl Castro Open To No-Limit Talks With U.S.

Cuba wants to mend fences. No topic would be off-limits for a pow wow, including America’s concerns about democracy, but America would have to listen to Cuba’s concerns as well: “We are nobody’s colony, nobody’s puppet,” Castro said. “Any day they want, the table is set. This has already been said through diplomatic channels. If they want to talk, we will talk.”
