SD Court Upholds Law Requiring Doctors To Tell Women Seeking Abortions They Have Increased Suicide Risks

A South Dakota appeals court says it’s constitutional to require doctors to tell women seeking abortions they incur increased suicide risks. The court said, “On its face, the suicide advisory presents neither an undue burden on abortion rights nor a violation of physicians’ free speech rights.”
