Ben Clifford Dawson of Centerville, IA offered sex to a woman to repay a loan.

Dawson allegedly grabbed the victim and began kissing her neck without consent.

As a result, Dawson faces two aggravated misdemeanor charges: prostitution and intent to commit sexual abuse.
