Giuliani’s Message This Time Is Economy, Not 9/11

Rudy (noun, verb, 9/11) Giuliani has ditched the terror message for an economic one, as he looks at jumping into the race.

“I think that I’d probably have the best record in terms of having done something similar to what the country needs done right now,” Giuliani said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.” Giuliani served as mayor of New York from 1994 through the end of 2001.
