Harold Camping: “I’m Looking For Answers”

Family Radio’s Harold Camping, pusher of the apocalypse, is flabbergasted. He tells the SF Chronicle, “It has been a really tough weekend.”

“I’m looking for answers,” Camping said, adding that meant frequent prayer and consultations with friends.

“But now I have nothing else to say,” he said, closing the door to his home. “I’ll be back to work Monday and will say more then.”

Funny how the group’s website, which had a countdown to doomsday, looks as though the prediction never happened. But Camping wasn’t too happy with a caller to his radio show wanting to know if, should his prediction not come true, would those who gave him money get their money back?
