Matthew Guzman confessed to murdering two men after he was arrested for burglary, claiming one had “homosexual tendencies” and the other allegedly came on to him.

According to police, Guzman shot and killed Paul Barrow, the co-owner of a Southwest Miami-Dade auto shop in December, because he thought Barrow had “homosexual tendencies.”

Guzman also confessed to killing his neighbor who, he claimed, also made homosexual advances toward him.
