O’Donnell Non-Profit May Lose Tax-Exempt Status For Failing To File Proper Tax Forms

A group formed by Delaware Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell failed to provide the IRS with proper tax forms and risks losing its tax-exempt status.

IRS documents reviewed by The Associated Press show the group — Savior’s Alliance for Lifting the Truth — is on a list of thousands of small organizations threatened with revocation of nonprofit status because they have not filed returns for the past three years.

An attorney representing O’Donnell says this kind of oversight is common.
