Expect The Right Wing To Beat Up On Obama For Not Being At Ground Zero On 9/11
It has been announced that President Obama will spend 9/11 at the Pentagon, and he’s already being criticized for it. Vice President Joe Biden will be at Ground Zero, and First Lady Michelle Obama and former First Lady Laura Bush will be at the Flight 93 memorial near Shanksville, PA.
Even though the Pentagon is “hallowed ground” like the site of the World Trade Center, Lou Dobbs believes the president is spending 9/11 by heading to “a bunker.” Funny, George W. Bush didn’t make an annual pilgrimage to Ground Zero and I never remember it being an issue.
