Paint not-Joe-the-non-licensed-plumber with the brush of Limbaugh Republicanism.  The overstayer of 15 minutes is now attacking Michael Steele for his hip-hop vision of the Republic Party.

At a meeting of conservative activists in Milwaukee, Mr. The Plumber had some tough words for the RNC chairman: “Unfortunately we have a chairman up there who wants to redefine conservatism; he wants to make it hip hop, put it in a new package and sell it.”

“You can’t sell principles; either you have them or you don’t,” he added, to applause from the audience of 800 people.

This latest sabotaging of the Republican message took place at the Americans for Prosperity’s “Defending the American Dream Summit”.  The message from two of the major party’s spokesmen seems to be “Don’t change.  We’re fine just the way we are.”  Go get ’em.
