Under Par For the Course
House Republican leader John Boehner is making fun of Nancy Pelosi for not conducting congressional sessions during August, as Republicans stage fake sessions to act as though Democrats don’t want to work for the American people. After saying “The American people are gonna hang her” and then refusing to apologize for an intemperate remark. Boehner posted a blog entry called “Marie Antoinette, the Book Tour” in an attempt to embarrass her.
Meanwhile, Boehner, while busy knocking Pelosi for being a no-show in DC, was off in Ohio at a golf tournament.
According to his scores, though, he hasn’t played all that much.
