Will She Or Won’t She?

The Associated Press reported that although Clinton won’t formally suspend or end her campaign, she will effectively end the campaign sometime Tuesday by saying that Obama has enough delegates to secure the nomination, says the report.

Update: Clinton campaign says Hillary will not concede the nomination:

The campaign quickly reacted to the report, saying that the AP report was incorrect and that Clinton would not concede the nomination tonight.
