Kasich signs medical marijuana bill into law

Medical marijuana is now legal in Ohio.

According to the law, which will take effect in 90 days, the medical marijuana must be available within two years.

Marijuana products could be tested and available within 15 months, State Sen. Dave Burke said. The state senator said people could be growing marijuana in the state within a year.

The law creates a “seed-to-sale” system for growing, testing and dispensing marijuana for 20 medical conditions.

Under the law, there will be a 12-person commission that advises state agencies.

Kasich seems like a fairly reasonable guy. That must explain why he’s not his party’s nominee

In comparison with the other Republican candidates for Prez, yes, he’s fairly reasonable. But that is similar to saying that, compared to other homicidal maniacs,
      this one is fairly reasonable.
