Scott Brown Wants Us To Think It’s ‘Cool To Be A Republican’

Well, he did say “almost” so there’s some wiggle room.

Sen. Brown told Alan why he agreed with the GOP Senators sending the letter to Iran, how he would have done better against Sen. Elizabeth Warren if he was supported by more conservatives, and who he sees becoming the GOP nominee for President in 2016, which included this exchange:

SEN BROWN: I believe between Walker, Rubio, Ted and Rand, it’s almost cool to be a Republican. They bring in a new breed.
COLMES: You didn’t say Jeb, I noticed, in that.
SEN. BROWN: Jeb’s a different type of Republican. He’s older, he’s more established, he’s part of the older establishment, I’m not saying that’s good or bad, I’m just pointing out that you have a new breed of Republican coming up who is trying to reach out to the traditional minority, you know, college and universities, you have Marco reaching out to a Hispanic vote that’s critically important, I think that Jeb can do that too.

If Rand Paul, Scott Walker, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio are anybody’s idea of “cool”, they must have a truly bizarre idea of what “cool” means.

You do realise that “cool” in French means a’hole (cul).

C’est vrai, mais le «l» est muet.
        Tu as raison.

Not hot shit, but cool shit?
Won’t you rather have a hot chick than a cool chick?
A hot car than a cool car?
I think the Republican presidential line up is a carload of chickenshits!
Don’t tell me that they’re not worried of Hilary.
I’m sure the GOP is both shaken and stirred.
Because Hilary is formidable by any measure.

It’s former senator Brown. Anything else just gives a false impression of credibility.
