A Friday Night Post-Bin Laden ‘Spot The Republican Fail’

This one might be pretty easy. But then the whole of reality gets easier to understand when you’re not afflicted by Pox Wingnuttia.

First, are you familiar with Jake Tapper? He’s ABC’s White House correspondent. On Thursday, reporting from Ground Zero for the network evening news, he got off this tweet:

9/11 ceremony? What?! Overnight, the Tapper tweet ricocheted through the right-wing blogosphere, where it caused a mountain of outrage. Here was Doug Ross earlier today:

WTF at WTC? Obama Has American Flag Removed From Ground Zero Site Moments Before Photo Shoot!

This administration and, by extension, the Democrat Party are now so thoroughly divorced from the history, traditions and morals of America that we might as well admit the Marxist left has executed a successful coup d’état on this Republic.

Okay, do you see the problem here? Isn’t it obvious why this is absurd (other than ‘flag in background’ = Great America, ‘no flag in background’ = Scurvy Obamastan)?

Here it comes, hold on to your hats: ABC’s evening news is televised . . in the evening. No matter how much they pay him, Tapper can’t report live on an earlier event. The wingnuts assumed we’d hold a Ground Zero ceremony in the dark. Take a look– there’s President Stalin, hours earlier, with the flag.

So, now, when you want to read the Weasel Zippers post about the disgusting, flag-hating Marxist president who desecrated Ground Zero, you get . .
