House Votes Tuesday On Bill That Would Criminalize Abortions In DC After 20 Weeks

The bill by Congressman Trent Franks will allow for only 20 minutes of debate for each side. D.C.  Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton calls it “the key element of a state-by-state campaign to undermine a woman’s right to choose and to overturn the law of the land.”
