Here are the Senate votes on the FISA bill that grants immunity to telecom companies that cooperated with the Bush administration’s warrantless wiretapping program.

And here are the votes on the Dodd Amendment which would have striken the provisions providing immunity from civil liability to the phone companies that kowtowed to the government.

I’m especially disappointed that Democrats went along with the first vote and nixed the Dodd Amendment. And to Joe Lieberman: please put us out of our misery and change parties already.
