Prosecutors say Anthony Weiner may have to pay the price for sexting with a 15-year-old.

Jill Cohen, a DC lawyer and former assistant district attorney in Queens, says she believes Weiner is going to get jail time and speculates that “this could be the tip of the iceberg with a minor. This is not the first school girl he wants to see in her uniform.”

Cohen tells us Weiner could be sued in federal court in New York, as well as North Carolina, where the girl is from, and could also see a civil suit from her family.

“This is disgusting and depraved,” Cohen says. “I would not want to be his lawyer. He is not going to win this case.”

    Just plain creepy. What the hell is the matter with people like this? Don’t know that jail will “help” him.
