Yea, you would think something more than a stern talking to would be in order after a screw up that killed 43 civilians. Not a single person named, no statement as to who ordered it, how it happened, or how to avoid it happening again.

I was in the Air Force, when they mean “administrative” punishment, it’s usually an article 15 under the UCMJ. It means that they will get a note in their file and/or have to do some schit job for a few months. Basically, as Mike stated in this thread…swept under the rug. It’s obvious someone Fcked up big time and there will be no accountability.

They had their GPS regularly confirmed to avoid such mistakes. Were bombed for 30 minutes after making a call to alert on what was happening.
