At least 15 people have died due to widespread flooding in Texas, and floods may worsen in certain parts of the state, so Sen. Ted Cruz wants some federal dollars thrown at his state. Ted Cruz called for the government to be shut down in 2013, and that move cost the economy $24 billion. On top…
They should, both Texas Senators voted against Sandy relief so all of the Senators from the Sandy relief should vote no for relief to Texas.
The same should apply to any relief to Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Wyoming. Both Senators from all of those states voted against aid for Hurricane Sandy. If they ever need aid they should be told to go screw themselves.
Cruz proves yet again what an idiot he really is and if he thinks he has a chance of ever being elected president his idiocy is strengthened even more. Double standards don’t fly well with voters and Cruz sets the standards for helping his own (Texans) and to hell with other states like NJ. He’s a hypocritical jerk who just needs to go away like the Sarah Palins and Michelle Bachmanns we’ve had to endure for years….

I just want to thank ted for letting me choose not to be gay.

But, Ted, I don’t think this is a federal matter. I think the states should decide.
Every single one of them should vote on whether you get a bailout.
